From those who support the rights of the unborn to religious liberty to the second amendment and those who think un elected bureaucrats can’t make law, a lot of people have been excited about some recent opinions coming out of the supreme court. However, are these really victories for the cause of liberty? Or could they be bait and switches by wolves in sheep’s clothing that will end up—if the people don’t stand up—making things worse in the long run?
