So if you're at a college, you're at the city hall, you're at the Capitol building, you're at a government building, you are not protected as a woman. Any man that says, I'm a woman, can go into a women's bathroom or a women's changing room under the current language of this bill.

So it's been all over the news, just nationally and on the local level about the tranny movement and people, men that are dressing like women and pretending to be women are wanting to be in girls sports. I reported a couple of years ago about how the city of Salt Lake was putting tampons into men's bathrooms. And it's just hit a fever pitch nationally and locally all over the country. This whole movement about being able to protect children and how a lot of people say that that's bigoted and that it's just full of hate to say that you don't want a dude dressing with your daughter or going to the bathroom with your wife. And what a dangerous position that that puts your family in. And so there are some states that, you know, you expect a place like California to make it be mandatory. New York, you know, those types of places. But your, you know, middle of the country, you know, what's considered, you know, flyover country is seen as maybe a safer place where they're going to stand up for family. They're going to stand up for women and they're going to stand up for, you know, the natural anatomy. And so, but there's been some bait and switch in my home state of Utah that they're talking about protecting women.

But it's actually a bait and switch. And that's what we're going to talk about today on the Tree of Liberty Society program. So now let's get right into the report on what's going on in the state of Utah with this bait and switch tranny bill. So the KSL did a report about a week ago called So there was a bill that was this bill. Basically, what it did was it was all about making sure that men weren't going into women's bathrooms. Men weren't going into women's changing rooms. And so there was some issues going on that came up that made them desire to change it so that women weren't actually protected as much. And I'm going to actually point out of how they weren't protected at all. In fact, there was a legislation that I'm going to get into that actually allows any man to go into any woman's dressing room and any woman's bathroom because of this bill. That actually was passed claiming to be in defense of protecting women. So going back to the article on KSL, it says that they removed sex based distinctions in restrooms in government buildings while retaining limits on restroom use that doesn't match an individual's sex at birth in publicly operated changing rooms and bathrooms in public schools.

So a man can still go in the bathroom at any government facility except for a government school. So if you're at a college, you're at the city hall, you're at the Capitol building, you're at a government building. You are not protected as a woman. Any man that says, I'm a woman can go into a women's bathroom or a women's changing room under the current language of this bill. It was adopted and given preliminary approval by the Senate, which excludes domestic violence shelters and other entities that receive federal grants. So if you're in a domestic violence shelter, you're a woman that's, you know, escaping an abusive relationship and you're now in a facility that you are thinking that you're going to be safe. But no, you are not because this, you know, domestic violence shelters are now off the limits to protecting women from men going into their changing rooms or into their bathrooms because they're afraid of losing money from the federal government. They've, they've been so, become so addicted or, you know, under the guise of addiction to federal money. They are now putting women at risk because they don't want to lose federal money. Instead of being an independent state, they're saying, oh no, we've got to put women at risk because we don't want to lose money.

The floor sponsor of the bill said that the new conversion makes a distinction between restrooms and changing rooms. The bill requires an individual to legally change the sex and the birth certificate and undergo gender related surgery in order to use a changing room or locker room that doesn't match their sex at birth. Okay. So that gets right into the crutch of the crutch, crutch of the matter is everybody's talking about, oh, this is a great bill for protecting women. And it's not allowing them to be able to go into the bathrooms, but he just admitted that no, that they actually passed a bill last year. That actually gives them permission to do so. So we have here, this is the, uh, the bill that we're talking about right here, 257 that was passed. And then last year we have this one by the same Dan McKay birth certificate modifications. And what that bill did was allowed any individual that they wanted to, to falsify a government document. As long as you were willing to go and get, you know, somebody to whack off your private parts, you are now allowed to lie on your birth certificate.

And so this whole thing, and I've documented this before. I'll put a link in the description, um, in the, in the article for this video, in the description of this video, uh, linking to where I show how the sodomite supremacy movement does this on purpose. They lie on purpose. They admit that they lie on purpose because they are, they can't do what they want to do without lying. And so this is exactly what they're doing. They're talking about how the first lie was, oh, there's a difference between sex and gender. Gender is just a social construct, but sex is just your, um, your biology. But now they're, they're saying, no, you can change your sex on your birth certificate. All you have to do is go get your private parts whacked off and just file with the court. And now they will change.

They will falsify your birth certificate to say that you are now the op, a different gender than you were born as. You know, if you were a woman, um, and you, uh, have your, your breasts removed. Now you can say on your birth certificate that you're a man, if you're a man and you, and you, and you have your privates whacked off, you can now have on your birth certificate that your sex, not your gender, your sex. Cause they are the same, but they're trying to lie and say that they're different. But now they're admitting with this legislation that they're exactly the same thing. That they, all you got to do is whack, whack your private parts off. And now you're a different sex, different gender. And so you just have to do that. And now a man's allowed into the women's locker room. A man is now allowed into the women's restroom under the guise that, Hey, we're protecting women.

And so I get into this in detail, the history of how this happens, of how a state like Utah. That pretends to be pro family, pretends to be pro Liberty, pro constitution. Your, your elected officials are going to talk about the family. You're going to talk about the constitution. You're going to talk about the founding fathers, but the legislation that they put forward is completely. And totally in line with the new world order. And so with invasion volume one and two, I get into that in great detail. So I encourage you to pick up those books to, to see the history and what's going on and then what to do about. I talk about it in great detail. And, uh, in information that you don't see anywhere else, um, on these topics.

And so it's, you know, one of the people that actually supported this, what individual said, yeah, it's okay to lie on a birth certificate. So this was passed last year. And we look at, um, it was here at Birkeland is the sponsor of this year's bill in the house. Um, her supposedly protecting women. And last year she voted. Yes. Yes. Yes. On. Allowing you to lie in your birth certificate.

As long as you whack your privates off. And so she set this up. So now that she can come forward as a champion saying, Oh, I voted. You know, you have Dan McKay, who is the sponsor of both bills. You have the, the Senate sponsor for last year's birth certificate and the Senate sponsor for this year's, uh, privacy and women's opportunities legislation, supposedly protecting women. And then you have Kara Birkeland. And then you have Kara Birkeland, who's the sponsor for this year. While she voted for last year's bill saying that a man can lie on his birth certificate and claim to be a woman. So he can gain access into your wife or your daughter's locker room, changing room, uh, bathroom.

And then you have to go to the next year's, uh, bathroom. And then you have to go to the next year. And then you have to go to the next year. And then you have to go to the next year. So our legislators are so-called, you know, are, are, are these people that are supposed to be our employees, but we see with through election fraud and through manipulation that these people are, are dictators, tyrants. They are illegitimate rulers. And they are lying to us when they're saying they're doing one thing, they are doing something else. They need to lose legitimacy. We need to help people understand what's really going on with this bill and with the legislation that has, that led up to this. We're now, they get to change their gender.

So now, Hey, we're protecting women when they're actually not. They're not even doing it in the way that they're saying that they're doing it because they have the exceptions that they're admitting to. And then we have the legislation that says that they can change their gender, their sex on their birth certificate. So now they are, it is, they, they are, they can claim now that, Hey, it's my birth certificate. It is what I was born as. And that's what they're doing in a state like Utah. Utah. Can you imagine what they're doing in other states as they're pretending to do something? It's this bait and switch that we see all of the time in government. They say something.

And, uh, Dan McKay is a member of a group called the Buckshot Caucus, which calls themselves the Utah Illuminati. So, of course, these people are engaged in satanic, evil, anti-liberty, anti-family legislation under the guise while pretending to be pro-family and pro-liberty. But because we're afraid to talk about conspiracy, we don't understand that. We don't know that. We think that if we just write these Satanists a sternly written letter, we're going to be able to get them to do the right thing. The thing that you get them to do the right thing by threatening their legitimacy and by not worrying about what they're going to do, what laws, what, what statutes that they pass by just doing the right thing. Willifying illegal, immoral, and unconstitutional legislation on the personal level, on the family level, and the state, getting the state to do your county to do the same thing. And as that expands, more people standing up. Government, to be able to maintain their legitimacy, the appearance of their legitimacy, will start to capitulate and start to do those things. And so it's not about getting a seat at the table and wanting to have influence by being nice to these people because they're not nice.

They're lying to you. And so they need to be exposed to get them to do the right thing. That's the only time that they ever do the right thing is when they're worried about losing their legitimacy.
