In a world of alternative media and truth-telling, there are two kinds of people. There are the grifters, the opportunists, and the shills who are only in it for fame and profit. And then there are those rare few who will sacrifice everything, their careers, their finances, their safety, even the roof over their family's heads to bring you the truth no one else will touch.

Today's guest on Deplorable Nation is firmly in that second category, a man named Ben McClintock, founder of the Tree of Liberty Society, who's faced government harassment, a suspicious house fire, illegal no-knock raids, an FBI file he's never been allowed to see, and an attempt by the state to steal his own daughter, all because he dared to name names, expose the global conspiracy operating at the local level, and refuse to shut up.

If you've ever wondered what it actually costs someone to speak truth to power, this conversation will answer that question in ways you're not prepared for. Stay with us.

Hi, and welcome back to another episode of Deplorable Nation. I'm your host, Deplorable Janet, and today I have a brand new guest to the show, and this is going to be a very interesting conversation referred to me by Miss Heidi, and I'm very excited that you're here today. So welcome, Ben. How are you?

Thank you. Thanks for having me on. I appreciate it.

Absolutely. So for people that may have not caught you on Heidi's show, Tell me a little bit about you and a little bit about your background.

Yeah. So my main push right now is helping people understand and adhere to the principles of liberty as well as exposing the conspiracy, the global conspiracy that seeks to take away our liberty and also not only expose it, but to build an opposition to it. So I do that through the organization I started called the Tree of Liberty Society. Um, and, uh, I live out in the, uh, uh, Intermountain West, uh, with my family and my, uh, nine kids, my wife.

Oh, that's a lot of children. So tell me like what, what got you started, um, down the path to start, to start your foundation? What was the basis for that?

So I think always, you know, just growing up, I grew up in a very religious household. I was we went to church every week and I was also involved. I remember as a young child, five years old, helping my dad volunteer at different political booths at the state fair and that kind of stuff. And then my and then reading different books by different religious leaders about the importance of liberty and exposing. evil. And then as we read the scriptures, the importance of, we see throughout time, the need for people to stand up against evil. And so I've really always felt a calling or I guess a desire to do this, even as a college student reading these things and saying, man, we got to do something about it.

And I continued to read books about these things as I got married. It came to a point where I was like, OK, either I if these things are true and these things are really going on, the evil in the world is real. And with the recent release of the Epstein files, we have even more evidence that the things that people have been warning about for years are real and are horrific. But if these are real, then I either need to, if I can do something about it, I need to stop just learning and start doing. Or if there's nothing I can do about it, why worry myself and I'm just going to go back to sleep and just live my life? Those are kind of the two options that I felt.

And so since my early 20s, I've been involved in organization to be able to, again, restore lost liberty, build understanding of liberty. and expose and build opposition to this conspiracy in my early 20s I was into my 30s I was a coordinator and a regional field director for the John Birch Society which has been I don't know if you've and been and directed all their activities in the western united states and um and then i started to see that this isn't just a global thing these aren't just bad guys out in washington dc or in new york or in europe. All of these agendas that we hear about, Agenda 2030, you know, satanic ritual abuse and whatnot, these things are happening in people's, you know, in every state. We see so-called red states, conservative states, implementing Agenda 2030. And you see, like with the Franklin cover-up and the things out in Nebraska. And I actually interviewed Glenn Pace with the Glenn Pace satanic ritual abuse memo.

Doing all this, I started to dig deep into how is this international conspiracy working on the local level? And so digging into that and understanding how these things aren't just somewhere far away, but they affect you. They affect all of us in our neighborhoods. And we don't realize that. We always think, oh, I know so-and-so. They go to church with me. I go to work with them. They're on the city council, and they're so nice. But there's a face that people put on. The Lord in the scriptures say that there are men that come to you, false prophets that come to you as wolves in sheep's clothing. And so they look like us, they talk like us, but their actions are very different. That's why the Lord tells them to judge them by their fruits, not by their words. Our actions show who we are. And no matter what the flowery great words that we say, if we hear somebody talk about liberty or... um, or God, that doesn't mean that that's what's really what they're all about. We have to look at what they produce. And it doesn't mean God with the big G. It could mean god.

Oh, exactly. Who is very different.

Right. Yeah. And I think you raised a good point because, um, a lot of people that we know, even from like the podcast community, they have two different faces. They have their public persona face you know and and who they are online and then offline they're very different there's someone very different and you know i'm i'm in the mindset that you can't be who god made you to be if you are trying to be deceitful in any way about who you are absolutely you know and so let me ask you when you were growing up Um, and especially in a religious household or, or whatever, did you find that if something like was a head scratcher for you and you're like this, this doesn't make sense. Like what, what I'm being told doesn't make sense. Do you feel like not just maybe family members, but maybe church members are as well. We're kind of like chastising you because you're questioning. In the first place, like it's not your place to question. You're just supposed to believe because we're the authority and, you know, listen to what I say.

Yeah. Thankfully, I never really had that. I had I had good mentors that would say, that's a good question. Let's find the answer. And so that's that's kind of the experience that I had in my life. That's such a blessing because there are so many people nowadays that are. Turned off by religion in general because they had bad experiences in church, you know, and were told by people that, you know, this is the way. is and don't question and don't have an opinion you know yeah yeah it is it's like well then what do you have to hide something like do you not know the answer right so and and actually that's what they told me they're like you know if i don't know the answer then i'll just tell you i don't know the answer which was great you know that's that's fair and honest I don't know everything.

Right. Same. Me too. But there's so many people, like I said, that are so turned off by faith in general, but they're missing the point. The religion, the organized religion that they grew up in is not the same thing as belief. And your relationship and your partnership with God are very different than the business of religion. And the shortcomings of those that maybe did that to you, told you to sit down and shut up. That's that individual's weakness. That's not God. So were like your parents and your family and stuff supportive when you decided to start your foundation? And are they on board with it? Or is there a little bit of tension? And I asked that just because my family don't approve of what I do. Like at all.

Sure, sure. So my dad, he died when I was just my first born was about a month old when he died. And so I'm sorry. So I don't know. I'm not I haven't been able to talk to him recently to see how he feels about it. But my the rest of my family, my brother is is more along the lines. He's an atheist and tends towards kind of the, uh anarchist communist anarcho-communist kind of mindset and then um my mom and my and i've got i've got to my and my other two siblings um they they're not like against it they just don't agree they're just like that's they don't understand it they don't it's it's kind of more of a lack of understanding as opposed to an opposition right why revealing truth is so important. A lot of people miss that.

Or just the principles of liberty, because when you talk about the principles of liberty, they're like, well, I can't obey that. And so if they don't understand that principle and how to apply it, then it has this cognitive dissonance where that can't be true. Otherwise, what I've done is wrong. Now, you've mentioned the John Birch Society. For people who don't know what that is, what is that? So they were founded in 1958 by a man by the name of Robert Welch, and their motto is less government, more responsibility, and with God's help, a better world. And basically since 1958, they've been working on similar things where they have been talking about the Constitution and trying to help people understand those principles, as well as they're the OG, the old school original people exposing this global conspiracy under the United Nations and the Council on Foreign Relations. What they do is really, really good and I think really important.

What I've been able to do is show you how that operates on the local level. That's one of the major distinctions between the two organizations because they really are focusing on, hey, we're looking at the big picture, the macro, and then I'm showing you how that big picture applies to your local community. And I think that's really important for people to get like a knowledge, gain a knowledge of what is going on locally and who the people running are actually, you know, because they can spout the most beautiful speech you've ever heard in your life, very eloquently put. And under the surface, they have a very different agenda.

We see that not just in politics, but we see that in, especially for me, because my background is in healthcare. I'm a retired nurse and retired medical school teacher, and a lot of that. is is still the thing where you know they they put forth this facade that they're going to be for the patient and to uh take care of you and everything is for your own good and you know to make you healthier and safer when under the surface the it is literally malfeasance because all they want to do is cause harm and chaos. And so turmoil and take away your rights as a parent, you know, or as a, as an individual. And it's scary, you know? And so that's why like Heidi and I spend most of our time on shows exposing like the underbelly and how it started as far as the, from the medical standpoint goes.

So it's good that you're doing the work that you're doing because most people, like you said at the beginning of the show, are like, oh, this doesn't affect me. It's not, you know, nothing I have to worry about or what can I possibly do? Right. Speak up. Use your voice. Absolutely use your voice. They depend on the aura of legitimacy. Right. You think that they're legitimate. And so as we expose them, that removes their legitimacy. You're not going to, you know, these people that go to the Bohemian Grove or they're, you know, members of Skull and Bones or they're not naked in a coffin, you know, satanic ritual abuse. These guys are engaged in these things and you're going to tell them, I mean, you're going to let them tell you how to raise your child, what your child needs to be taught. It's insanity. And so if we understand who these people are and we expose them, they lose legitimacy. Less people are obedient to them. That means less people are influenced and affected by them. And we start to remove the chains that we've been bound with. You know, and I think one of the things, too, is that people are so deceived by the fact that they could the government or, you know, powers that be could not possibly have ill intentions. They they why would they ever hurt us? And the more people study history and the more they study the experimentation that they've ran on people and the fragmenting of society and always putting a label on everything, because if they can make you live under that label for your entire life, then they've weakened you and they have more means of control over you.

Yep.

What kind of stuff, like have you had any issues with like blowback from doing what you do or, you know, lost family members, relationships, or had things happen to you in your personal life because you have a voice and because you're speaking out to expose things? Been a long train of abuses, as you might, you know, refer to.

So in the very beginning, the first thing that I noticed was that there came a point where I had a transition in employment. And I had lots of contacts and individuals that said, hey, just come give me a call. We'll get you a position real quick. Just come on over. And then I would submit the background check. And I've never been convicted of a crime. I've never been arrested. I've never been charged with a crime. But all of a sudden, the background check would come back and they're like, I'm sorry, I can't hire you. I'm like, that's weird. They wouldn't say why. And then finally, I'm like, OK. And I applied for the post office and I get a letter back from them. And they say, because of your federal criminal background, we can't hire you. I'm like, what are you talking about? And so I got a Freedom of Information Act request from the FBI and saying, you know, please give me a copy of my. uh criminal record that i didn't have any i clear news to me surprise and i got back a letter from the fbi saying uh we can either confirm nor deny because it would violate it would put in danger national security that was the response i got asking for my criminal background what it in dangers national security boy you must have they must have did a doozy on you.

And and so in exposing evil, I don't just talk about the brothers. Here's this organization. Here's that organization. I show how individuals naming names who is doing this and who is doing that. And there is another example of in the state of Utah, there was a there was legislation that would remove the sheriff as the ultimate authority in the county and put it in the hands of this new Department of Land Management and a bureaucrat that was appointed by the establishment in the state of Utah. Oh, what could possibly go wrong? And that individual, that bureaucrat had the right to, he had all three, judiciary, legislative, and executive powers. He wrote the rules, he enforced the rules, and he would adjudicate and say, if you violated the rules that he wrote and arrested you for. And so I did a bunch of videos and articles and did a bunch of alerts to awaken people. And you had... A bunch of people, because of this, a chain reaction of just thousands of people up in arms about this legislation. And so they even held an emergency meeting at the Capitol to try and get people to calm down over the language of the bill. And so as a result of that, the Utah County Sheriff's Department, this is my first real run in with them.

At the time, I lived out in the country and my nearest neighbor was two miles away. And the sheriff's department sets up a DUI checkpoint blocking my driveway. And so I have to go through this DUI checkpoint to leave my home or to come home. Nothing fishy about that, huh? And yeah, I'm the only like this is this road where it's I mean, it's there's miles. I'm the only like literally the only driveway there is. tens and I'm not gonna say there's not hundreds of miles but it's probably about 20 miles between intersections on this country road and I'm the only driveway and they block it with their checkpoint for the entire weekend.

Could they have made that any more blatantly obvious what they were doing?

It's crazy. Now I had something like that happen my my dad worked for the federal government and he was uh very outspoken about stuff he was very into politics or whatever and they would literally wait for me to pull out of my driveway to go to work and they would nail me yep and give me like a seat belt ticket and i'm like i'm not even out of my driveway yet i'm still sitting in my well you don't have a seat belt on And I can't tell you how many times that happened. And I'm like, OK, this is this is definitely doesn't have anything to do with me. Like at all. And that kind of harassment continued with me for like a six month period of time. I was pulled over 11 times. I was given a ticket for not having insurance. Well, in the state of Utah, they tow your car if you don't have insurance. Right. And so I got a ticket and I show up and I and so I have to go and prove to the judge that I have insurance. Well, they wouldn't let me go if I didn't have insurance. Right. So it's just crazy. And so it was just things like that over and over again.

And then as I can, but I would I wasn't shutting up and I was continue to expose them, showed how the internationalists we have, you know, the Council on Foreign Relations. They have a chapter in the state of Utah. And I was showing the organizational structure and how it operated within the state and showing governors and legislators and senators on the state and national level that were a part of this. And so just a little, about a year after the blocking of the driveway, my home mysteriously burns down. And when the fire department comes out, they refuse to put it out. They're just like, we're just here to make sure it doesn't spread. We're not going to do anything to save your home or anything inside of it. And then after that, you have the fire department refuses to do an investigation into the cause of it. So we still don't know the cause of the fire.

Go ahead. I was going to say, you know. And it's always a helpful situation when the person that probably caused the problem is investigating themselves. Exactly. There you go. Exactly. And so, yeah, it's very, right. It's very, very interesting. And then as a follow up to that, right, the Red Cross, they refused to provide us with any assistance afterwards. And well, and the home, I was, let me back up a second. The home was recently just, it was relatively, it wasn't a new home, but it was. uh upgraded all of the the vents all of the flues in the fireplace were all upgraded and the county had just come inspected it so it was all on the up and up every there was nothing wrong with any of that kind of stuff so you know and it so more like hmm it's interesting it must have been like a spontaneous combustion event right and it just must have been just happened yeah and and they don't want to investigate those.

And so and then you have this coordinated, basically, I don't know if they call it attack, but where the Red Cross and all of the different agencies that are there to help families displaced by house fires, they all just like wouldn't even return calls. They wouldn't talk to me. They denied my, you know, appeal for help. Every single media station who covers every single fire that, you know, that. whenever there's some kind of house fire, they always cover them. And all of them refuse to do so. And so when a friend of mine did a GoFundMe because we didn't have home insurance because it was paid off and everything was destroyed, we had to start over. So a friend of ours did a GoFundMe. And because it wasn't covered by any of the news agencies, I had tons of people claiming that I made it up, that it was all fake. Because if it was real, it would have been covered in the news.

So did you... Like with all of this stuff going on, especially with like the background check, did you ever get that straightened out or find out what?

I can't straighten it out if I don't know what the problem is, right? They won't tell me what the problem is because it's national security. So I have not been able to clear it up because I don't know what there is to clear up. I would say that you're probably on some kind of a list somewhere. They don't like. They don't like wave makers or people that have... creative ability for thought processes and things like that they don't like questioners they don't like wave makers they don't want to be exposed because they know that when they're exposed they can be stopped it's the secrecy that they demand a hundred percent so during that six month period of time when they're pulling all these dui checkpoints and the you know pulling you over and all of that stuff was there ever a point in time where you're like, you know what, is it worth it? Do I want to do this anymore because of the harassment and because of the persecution? Yeah. Well, no, not really, because I really, because of the background, just kind of leading up to that, the scriptures say that if you live a life in Christ Jesus, you will receive persecution. And so to me, I'm always like I'm the opposite. I'm like, OK, I'm not getting persecuted right now. What's wrong? Today is a normal day. Dang it. And so it was just like, OK, am I doing what's right? Am I receiving this because as because I'm doing something wrong? Like it was more of like a question of making sure I was on the right path. Like, is this justified because I'm doing the right thing or or is it something else? So just more of a check. Am I on the right path though i need to correct course um just to make sure that this wasn't something that was you know justified i'm not justified by evil people but god saying this is a response to your you know right live in your calling right yeah and what you're supposed to do and so i knew what i was doing was right and so i was on the right path and so if i'm on the right path and i need then there's no other there's no other consequence i'm blessed with great with a great wife and children that are of that mindset that if I gave up because of persecution, they would think less of me.

Right.

And so they're right behind me, you know, every step of the way. So that's really blessed that way. It's kind of like all the people that get hit with censorship and stuff like that all the time. They don't censor things that aren't true.

Yeah. And so why would you? Because you can deep up at it and then you move on. A hundred percent.

And, and I'm one of those people too, where I'm like, I will not shut up ever. And so, you know, I've had like accounts removed like numerous, numerous times and stuff because especially during, during, during the COVID thing or whatever. And I'm like exposing things and they're, you know, so account after account after account. And I'm like, well, I must be over the target because. Hmm. I had registered nurses on my program debunking the official narrative and they would have that video removed. How can I be doing medical misinformation if I've got a registered nurse talking about these things? It's crazy. 100%. And it's in textbooks. Like what it actually is are in textbooks all the way back to like 1979. This is not made up stuff. This is literature that I have in my possession. that it says this or on all the boxes where it says doesn't protect against you know right right okay that's misinformation too so yeah and i i'm glad that that you didn't falter on your path because a lot of people i think when things get difficult and things get hard people tend to give up. Because they don't have that, I'm going to say connection. They don't have that God connection, right? And so they're not like following scripture to the point, like you said, where, you know, he says, speak up and seek knowledge and seek wisdom and all of those things. But I think for a lot of people, because we're a... We're an instant gratification society. So if something gets difficult or hard, people quit.

A lot. Yep. Or they'll use their family as cover, right? They'll say, well, I've got a wife and children to take care of. Well, the apostles, you don't think they had anybody that they cared about that they need to take care of? Oh, 100%. And what happened to all the apostles? Exactly. With the house fire thing, did anything ever come of that?

No, they always, at every level, they refused to do anything about it, to investigate, to cover, to talk about anything. Just walk away. Did you ever run into like when you were getting pulled over and you have to go and show them, yes, I have insurance. I don't know why I have this ticket in the first place. Did you ever have anybody in the judicial system that was like, you know what? This is nonsense. We're going to release this.

So I've had the judges in, it's multiple judges that have been involved in different things that we'll get into a little bit later, but all of these judges. For example, with the one with the ticket, I go in and they don't. And the judge is like, well, the clerk or whatever. Oh, the judge isn't in today. Sorry. And then I go in and then they just reschedule and I go in. Oh, the judge isn't there. Sorry. And the next time I miss the appointment and they put out a bench warrant for me.

I was going to say, yeah.

And then and then I show up for that and they dismiss that and then they dismiss the ticket. But they give me a ticket for not showing up. to the one i missed so i still ended up paying for a ticket that i wouldn't shouldn't have even had to be there in the first place right and so there was no sympathy there was no like oh my goodness no it was definitely each you know no matter what the problem was they want to exacerbate and add something if they have to knock one thing off they're going to put another thing on oh a hundred percent and and the system is set up that way for a lot of people where it's like the the prosecution of of certain people which i have a a guest that i had on my show that her husband they live in florida and he was prosecuted for things that aren't even a crime and he's serving like 20 some years in prison for trying to expose like or trying to get like um what's it called a specific kind of water to the people, you know, that grows natural on your property or comes natural on your property or whatever. And he was arrested and they put a lien against his land and they tried to take the land and all kinds of crazy stuff. And like the judicial system is set up to keep people in that because they know that eventually they're going to exhaust Either you emotionally or you financially.

And that's what happens to a lot of people, even with like January 6th prosecutions and stuff like that. They know that they can make up bogus stuff and you have to keep spending money and resources to fight it.

Exactly. Yep. It's not for the faint at heart.

That's for sure. At all. That's your testament to that. So what other kind of stuff has gone on with you? So it's basically like every one to two years as they do another attack is what kind of the pattern that has come out. Because as I continue to expose the powers that shouldn't be, at the time she was four or five.

One of my daughters is four or five years old. And she comes down with a really dangerous blood infection. And she's life-flighted to the hospital because of it. And and then while at the hospital with this blood infection, they diagnose her with leukemia. And so but it was only the only test that ever tested positive was that first one. Every single other one was negative. And so after we took care of the the blood infection and she was able to come home.

We start looking into if she actually does have cancer and if there's actually other treatments for the cancer besides the chemotherapy poisonings. And so I didn't realize this, but in most states, it's illegal for a parent to choose the medical treatment of their child if it goes against what the medical industry says is what is needed for the child. And so all of a sudden, without me even knowing that this was against the law, CPS shows up to my door demanding to interview our daughter alone.

And so, no, not going to happen. My wife says, hell no. That's like Justin Trudeau from Canada telling children to he wants to talk to you alone and make your parents leave the room. That's never a good thing. Never a good any any stranger that wants to talk to your kid alone. That's a little questionable. Yeah. And so so the CPS agent never even saw saw my daughter like ever like they didn't talk to her, didn't see her, nothing. And so we get a letter in the mail saying that they're going to take her from us and that we have to. This is on a Wednesday and the court hearing is on Monday. OK, and that we have to pay for our own lawyer and we have to pay for the lawyer that's going to prosecute us. We have to pay for both lawyers and that the judge then this and and what's a juvenile courts are secret. They're not public. You're not allowed. Nobody's allowed to go to them. There's no public record of it. So it's a secret sham trial and where they get to kidnap children.

If anybody remembers Arizona, there was a big hubbub there where the CPS agents all got T-shirts made that said professional kidnapper. Well, and there's, you know, Heidi and I have been talking about this a lot lately, the medical kidnapping that is going on in the United States. loosely written, very vaguely defined parents' patriarch rule, where even though you supposedly have the right to refusal or the right to seek alternative treatment or the right to second opinions or whatever, because it is so vague. And because it is so loosely interpreted, that's what they use in a lot of cases for this medical kidnapping stuff where they can take your kids away because it's deemed in the best interest of the child that the state knows best. Right. And that you don't. As a parent, you have no rights. And that's literally the way our legal system is set up.

Absolutely. And some states are making it worse, like California. Oh, yeah, absolutely. California. And so I remember the case in Utah just about, you know, in the early 2000s where they actually the family fled the state to be able to get away from this kind of tyranny. And it came out that the doctor falsified the positive cancer because he needed another kid to be in his cancer study that he was working on.

So you have doctors that have immunity. Right, 100%. And they can claim false things so they can force you to poison your child for their test study. It's insanity. Absolutely. And so the CPS agent in the letter that he, or in the court document that he filed to try and steal our child away from us, without ever talking to her, without ever seeing her, claimed that he witnessed us starve her and not provide her with liquid.

So just in every way that we were starving our own daughter. Right. Without ever seeing her. He said he witnessed it. Just completely, just utterly, ridiculously false. And so... I got on social media. We got on local radio stations. And what CPS needs to exist is you being afraid of them and doing whatever they say and keeping things secret and so that they can keep things going. And so what I did was the exact opposite where I blasted. I got his personal cell phone and I blasted on social media. I blasted on the radio his name and his personal cell phone number.

And within three days, so that was a Friday afternoon, I got a voicemail from him saying, we have no evidence against you. We're dropping the charges. Sorry, bye. And so they went from saying that he witnessed this to saying that there was no evidence against us because we went on the offense. If you're just always on the defense, you're hosed. So we went on the offense and were able to save our daughter from... abuse from CPS and the kidnapping. And heaven knows what else would have happened while she was in state custody. And anything that's CPS related, that is not set up for the parents' best interest by any means. It is literally a trafficking site. That's all it is. And CPS, if a parent has less rights than a rapist and a murderer, A hundred percent. Because a rapist and a murderer needs due process. Right. You are innocent until proven guilty. A parent accused by CPS is guilty until proven innocent. A hundred percent. And I think a lot of people don't realize as well that if they come to your house they need you to let them in. If you refuse, they cannot do anything about it. It is your legal right to do so. But once you open that door and let them in, it is a whole different ballgame. There are some states that are working to give CPS the power to enter a home without a warrant. So they are actually giving CPS even more powers than the police have. Would that be some blue states, I wonder? Actually, Utah is one of them.

Oh, well, there's a lot about Utah lately that's making me scratch my head. And Heidi and I talked about this too, where they have their pilot program for AI prescribing. And they have their pilot program for AI physician services where you talk to a fake AI doctor and they can assess you and stuff and tell you what your next steps are. And it's so loosely defined and there's no liability behind any of it with the prescribing or with the doctor stuff.

And the amount of... charts that they review for accuracy is so small.

It's like 210 and that's it. And then there's no one to hold accountable for any mistakes or whatever. And it's literally giving over even more of your information to this big octopus of global control because the more information that they can get on you and that can be online and that they can absorb from you, the easier it is for all of the tracking, which they already track, mind you, but it makes it worse. Kind of like when they went to solely electronic medical records, you know, under Obama mandate.

That infringes on people's rights in the biggest way. And once you sign a virtual consent, they have your consent. And so it's like duplicated, replicated for you. So you just get that. And that's what we did too with the hospital was because they say that if we don't do this treatment, then you will steal your daughter, but still make you. sign a consent form saying that you consent to it. And so we put on all of the waivers, we put under duress.

And your comment about Utah and it being so confusing, and I think a lot of people feel that way. People in Idaho have the same problem. People in other red states, they're like, well, I thought we were red, but then our legislature and our governors are so actually implementing the international agenda and so that's why i wrote this was because this this goes through and documents how that happens in every state how does the international conspiracy infiltrate infiltrate a state we don't understand how this works and so we're so fooled by wolves and sheep's clothing on the local level and that's that's a problem here why i live in the state of tennessee and tennessee is a very red state um however the clusters of blue are in the state capitol and all of the big cities um and so even though the population in the state may be you know however many millions it is um you have a very small percentage of the population that is making the laws and stuff for the rest of the state.

And it doesn't matter because the bigger cities get more say and more senators and all of that stuff, which is just stupid. And even in the state of Utah, where we are mostly Republican in the legislature, these people that have these, and I document in my book, have these great reputations because of the speeches they give. But then I show the record and we have the Republicans and the Democrats in the state legislature voting together over 95 percent of the time. That means there's no real difference.

Right. And so they are pretending to be one thing. But and so it's not just the big cities that are ruling over them. It's the wolves in sheep's clothing that are pretending to be one thing and doing something else that makes the entire state pass those types of laws. Right. A hundred percent. And that that happens here a lot. And it's very corrupt here. Same with the town that I grew up in. But it's very much so.

And then there's a lot of fraud, a lot of waste and abuse, and there's no accountability for, you know. okay, well, like our treasurer hasn't paid rent on this fancy new building for, I don't know, a year and a half, and she's still in her position, and she's not faced any jail time or backlash or whatever. Where is all of the money that you were given to pay rent? Where did that go? Right. And it's the same thing. It's like a giant swampy cesspool.

And you can't get those people out because the cesspool breeds more cesspool lights, for lack of better terminology. But it's like chaos breeds chaos. And so the more fraud and abuse and waste and trafficking and all of the crimes that go on, they look the other way because... They're pocketing from it. It's beneficial for them. Or they're in on it. A hundred percent. Yeah. So with the daughter situation, did you ever hear anything else from that or just the message from that guy going, oh, my bad. My bad. Just kidding. Just kidding. Yeah, it was. And so that was the end of it. And so. When we go on the offense, that really is what is the best thing to do. And so, yeah, that's for that situation. And so our daughter's fine. It was obviously either we gave her a blessing. And so either God healed her or it was a fraud to begin with. Right. And so she's, you know, this has been several years now and she's healthy as could be. Yeah. And and unfortunately, laboratory tests are not 100 percent accurate. And that's with any laboratory test at all. Plus, they're rarely famous for changing normal levels a lot. They do that a lot. And it's to gain more control, more patience, more, you know, to keep you on that hamster wheel in the system for permanently as long as they would like. Parents don't know this, but every single children's hospital has a CPS office.

A hundred percent. Yes. Factual. I may know somebody that works at one.

Yeah. And so that that's a thing. And especially if you have specialty hospitals like cancer hospitals or Shriners hospitals or, you know, whatever. It's a bigger department than what you think. Absolutely, because they've got to get their victims somehow. Yeah, absolutely. So after the whole daughter situation, has there been anything else that's gone on with you? Is this like a never-ending story that you could literally write? Never-ending story just keeps on coming. I really started focusing on and doing some research on the satanic ritual abuse.

I watched the film called conspiracy of silence about the and the book the franklin cover-up about the satanic ritual abuse in franklin nebraska i'm not right um i'm trying to if that was a it was nebraska it is yeah and That's why it's called the Franklin cover up and the people that are involved in that. And it's amazing to see the overlap between the satanic ritual abuse and what's going on with the Epstein stuff. The overlap is just there. It's not separate. And and then in the state of Utah, the the the biggest denomination here is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And they have a committee called the Strengthening the Members Committee. And there was a bishop. His name is Bishop Glenn Pace. And he wrote a memo. He was charged with investigating the accusations of satanic ritual abuse within the church, not just within the state of Utah, but all over. And he submitted his report and it was leaked.

So it wasn't ever supposed to be made public, but it was leaked.

And I actually got, you know, I found a copy of it online and read through it and was horrified by it and saw all of these people from different backgrounds, different locations, never talked to each other. all saying the same story that happened to them testifying of a and glenn pace himself said that he believed their stories because of these things that they all had the same exact testimonies even though they never talked to each other the stuff wasn't made public right and so it shows that there's a network an organized network engaged in the same rituals because it is the same religion and um and so i actually went and found his his home address and went to his house to visit with him and talk to him. And he confirmed to me that the report was real. And he said that it was worse than he could even put into the report. And that it would, and if it was made known, that it would destroy basically the found everything in Utah today.

Right.

And so even though this was in the late 80s, early 90s, when the report was issued, he was saying today that would... be huge and i mean it would destroy everything in government today which is exactly what they just said about the epstein files and that's why they're so heavily redacted on the names because there are so many and they're not redacting the victims they're redacting the perpetrator right so we're covering for them again and and here we go here we go again um the the guilty investigating the guilty yep you know what i mean and it's like will anything happen same thing happened i grew up in catholic church and same thing happened with the catholic church and it took how many decades before it was exposed and their their favorite thing to do was just not fire someone not you know excommunicate or anything like that it's literally just will transfer you to another parish So you can keep on with your disgusting, disturbing behavior somewhere else to assault even more children that aren't aware that you did it in another city.

Right. Yeah. And I don't think anybody ever went to jail for that. Ever. No. Yeah. Nope. And then, so went to go see him. Two weeks later, he dies. which I thought was really crazy. And then the Utah County Sheriff. So Utah County is a county within the state of Utah. And and so the sheriff opens up an investigation.

You know, this is talking about 30 something years later, opens up, reopens up the investigation because we have some infighting between the sheriff's buddy that wants to be the county attorney and the current at that time, current county. attorney. And so opens up the investigation and this bizarre thing happens where it was never made public. The sheriff's department just came out and said, hey, we're investigating this. We've got hundreds of witnesses that are telling the same exact story. And then, but didn't name any names of perpetrators. And right afterwards, the county attorney comes out and says that he's like, me and my wife, we're not baby eaters. Like nobody said you were like, it was just like bizarre. Guilty much? Yeah, seriously. And so as a result of the reopening of the case and with hundreds of names of perpetrators being listed, only two people were charged with the crime.

Okay. Charged. And then what happens?

Now, one other county where the events happened in, they are the only county attorney there that was willing to prosecute. He's promoted to be a judge, so he can't prosecute anymore. And then Utah County, they are barred from the courts from prosecuting it. They said, oh, you have a conflict of interest. You're not allowed to prosecute. You've got to find somebody else. So they didn't say that they were guilty. They just said that nobody was allowed to prosecute. Right. And then with one of the charges actually did go to court. And I was threatened to be thrown in jail because I covered it. I was live streaming for the public to see, which is in accordance and is protected by the Utah state constitution. Right. Because they didn't want what was going on there aired, they threatened to throw me in jail for it.

And then what happened at the court hearing was the judge kept on asking these SRA, according to the victims, were the perpetrators. So these SRA perpetrators, allegedly. Wink, wink. The judge was asking their lawyer what to do. What should we do? Should we dismiss it or do we let this go on? And if I dismiss it, should I dismiss it with prejudice so they can't bring back charges? And so they were just the judge was doing whatever the perpetrator's lawyer told them to do and ignored the victim's lawyer completely. That doesn't surprise me at all.

Yeah. And then the state legislature, they had a bill presented to them that I can't believe wasn't already on the books. But apparently in the state of Utah, it's not a crime to ritually abuse someone. It's a crime to abuse someone, but it is not on the books to ritually abuse someone. So there was a line introduced saying, we're going to make it a crime to ritually abuse a child. And they refused to pass that bill. Well, it doesn't shock me. And the thing that popped into my head was, okay, we already have laws on the books. for murder, right? And you shouldn't murder somebody, but let's do a separate bill for lynching, which results in death.

Right. Isn't that murder as well? I'm just saying, but you have to be very specific. And a lot of states, I think a lot of people would be... flabbergasted i guess if you look into your your state and what your state laws are as far as um underage marriage or um you know predatory ages, things like that, because I didn't know until not too long ago that our, it's okay for child marriage in our state. And I'm like, excuse me, like what? But that is, that is a thing. And like I said, being, being a red state, you would think that that was not the case, but it is.

And so we've got kind of stuff. Yeah. So I did a video exposing how the entire legislature, right, all three branches of the legislature, the judicial and the executive were all in on protecting satanic ritual abusers. They were all together on this. This isn't like one person, you know, let this stuff go. These are all three branches of government in cahoots in protecting satanic ritual abuse. And so I did some reports on that, documenting it, proving it, showing how anybody that if a name came out to be public, the person that was accusing a person in authority and in government being involved in this, that person then would be charged with a crime and that person would go to jail. And so what happened then is. The Utah County Sheriff's department, signed by the sheriff, signed by a judge, and then implemented by the county sheriff's department, does an illegal no -knock warrant on my home. And the no-knock warrant was completely, according to state law, illegal.

This has been reviewed by a lawyer that is allowed to work in the state of Utah. And he said that that was illegal. And a no knock warrant was designed to get me to protect my family because they were expecting, right, to just barge in my house, me defend my family. And then they have probable cause to shoot and kill me. Right. But God put me out. I was outside when they came and I saw these people in military clothes. They are AR-15s running down the street. I'm like whoa, something weird must be going on the neighbor's house. And then all of a sudden they're at my house. Just kidding. It's my house. And I'm like, holy cow, what's going on here? And so they have a, they show me the no knock warrant. So thankfully I was outside and got to, you know, preempt the attempted murder basically. And they, what they said was because my power bill was $30 more a month than my neighbor clearly i was a drug runner oh all right i was producing drugs and um and so they i was like you got the guns you're gonna you're like we let me in i was like well if you if i don't you're gonna shoot me so go ahead and um as they're walking out they're looking at my terrified five-year-old daughter and you know and they say to her you know we're the good guys right and so as they're barging in the house and so this lawyer that I mentioned, he sees my video on it and he's like, are you just blowing this out of proportion to kind of make things look dramatic for you? So I'm like, you read it here. I'll send you the warrant. I'll send you the documents.

And so I sent him what the sheriff gave me or the sheriff's deputy gave me. And he's like, this is just the probable cause statement, which is the probable cause statement is illegal. Give me the warrant. And so I'm like, OK, I'll I'll call the sheriff's department, ask for a warrant. And so I had to ask for the state's version of a FOIA for my warrant. And they have X amount of days before they do so. And they kept on putting it off. They're like, oh, the deadline's here. We're granting ourselves an extension. And so they just kept on. Of course they were. Which is against state law. Right. You know, as I continue to bring public awareness to the fact that they're doing this, they finally released the warrant. And I give that to the lawyer. And he's like, holy crap, this is illegal. The judge is acting illegally. The sheriff was acting illegally. What it showed in the warrant was that they had been spying on my home for at least six months without probable cause just because they were spying on it. And then they were looking for anything that they could use to make up some sort of a crime, right? And then he looked through it. There were different requirements to be able to do a warrant and then other requirements to do a no-knock warrant. And none of the requirements for either one were met at all. And so he said that this is the lawyer who is a lawyer that's represented police departments and victims. And he said it is clear in his 20-something years of experience that this was an attempt on me. This was a way to shut me up either through killing me or through saying I don't want to put up with the harassment anymore. He says, as a separate party that was skeptical of my claims, reads the documents and says, no, you're 100% right. This was to get you silenced.

So did anything come about that? Or are they still, is there anything that you can do legally? Just like with the CPS guy, I forgot to mention. When I went to the county attorney and said, prosecute this guy for committing perjury. He said, no, these guys have qualified immunity where they can do whatever they want as long as they're doing it in the pursuance of their job. Same thing with this. We're allowed to lie on the arrest warrant. We're allowed to violate the law on the arrest warrant because we have qualified immunity. Whereas if we're doing it in the pursuance of our job, we get to violate the law. Which is so crazy because we have constitutional rights, you know, and that's like. violation of very basic rights and not to mention spying on your home.

So do they have wiretaps going too? I assume. That's just crazy. But not shocking. Absolutely not shocking because there is no accountability for anyone, it seems like. And like we were talking about the, you know. SRA people and stuff earlier and files where they're if they get charged if they ever get to the sentencing phase it's like a month and that's it or you know whatever it's such a nominal amount of time for horrific crimes but there's There's nothing, there's nothing to force anybody to do anything like, okay, great. All of this Epstein stuff is coming out in droves and all of these people are breaking it down and going through, you know, videos and documents and all of these things and exposing stuff. But great. We have a DOJ that's not going to prosecute anyone because just Lane was was arrested and prosecuted for trafficking trafficking who trafficking to or who yeah exactly yeah and the fbi is going to claim that they've got no evidence of anybody else involved right it's obviously How can he traffic kids if there's nobody he's trafficking in, too? It's crazy. And you got all these people that are named in this stuff, including a lot of politicians and whatever, which doesn't shock anyone. But our justice system and our legal system as a whole is so infiltrated with these bad apples.

That how are you going to get one bad apple to turn on another bad apple to actually do something and hold anyone accountable? Unless, and I'm not calling for violence here. Let me just be very clear. But unless the people actually enforce. We're the only ones left to enforce it. Yeah, 100%. Because the government is not going to investigate the government. You know what I mean? Well, people will say, well, my favorite politician is not listing the names. Well, your favorite politician is in charge of investigating and prosecuting people. And he's telling you that we just need to let it go and move on, that it's just a Democrat hoax. Well, so that means that even if he's not in it, which that's not true, he's protecting the people that are in it. And so we've got people that are either in on it or they're complicit, meaning in their. in the crime, which is called a co-conspirator by ensuring that nothing happens to them. And this isn't because they got some kind of blackmail thing going on or they're afraid of this or that. It's because this is satanic. This is their religion. They are religiously dedicated to this cause. And the only thing that keeps them from ratting out is if they repented and then they're not going to rat on each other because They don't want to get prosecuted for a crime. It's not that they're blackmailed. They're dedicated to it. And they don't want to rat each other out because they're all a part of the same religion.

Right. And because they all enjoy the fruits of their labor, so to speak, which is a disturbing way to put it. But factual. You know, and it's kind of like years ago when I learned about the sexual assault. slush fund that they have in Congress, that we as taxpayers fund, they take our money to use when a victim comes forward, they're using our money to pay that person off. Just like with the vaccine harm fund where they get to use our money. And then they get to decide what kind of reimbursement you get from vaccine injury. Exactly. It's your money. You're paying for it. So are the other taxpayers. But then the government is going to go, oh, well, that that injury that that's worth 50 bucks or that that's worth a thousand dollars. It's not. And they're not admitting guilt. No, absolutely not. But that's the way like everything is set up. Like, why would you ever have to have the agencies? that say things like this stuff is generally recognized as safe. The grass standards in the United States is the biggest loophole there is for putting toxins and poisons in all of our products, our food, the whole nine yards. And they don't have to test that it's safe. They just have to say generally recognized as safe, even though they haven't tested things for toxicity or carcinogenic effects or any of that stuff. But they're the ones that are regulating everything. They're also the ones enforcing, wink, wink, regulations or putting forth regulation to what you can or can't take. what you can or can't do for your health, you know, during the whole scandemic thing, there was a bill introduced on the floor where they were trying to remove or put under government regulation things like NAC and acetylcysteine and other... supplements and vitamins because they wanted to have control of that and that way they can remove things from the market they can make things higher thank goodness that bill didn't go anywhere but they've tried multiple times to have their hand in regulating herbal and holistic and vitamin and nutrient supplements because you know they're so good at regulating everything anyway yep more laws we need more regulation yep so outside of of all that craziness is that the last chapter of the story or is there more well it's just it's it's regular like they'll they have uh canceled my um banks they and so that i can't access the funds you know that to do what to do what we do.

They have shut down my YouTube channel. I have had to restart it. I had over 12,000 subscribers and now I've had to rebuild it again. And then they have their own little minions out there that go in the comments to try and smear and say that I'm part of different things. And so it's a constant smear tactic. And then the ability to be able to... My family's been taken away because of their actions. And then what they try to do is make it financially impossible for me to survive.

Right. A hundred percent. And that's common practice. Like I mentioned earlier, they're hoping to weaken you either financially or emotionally or spiritually so that you'll give in and just become complacent and let them. do whatever, like you're just supposed to submit and not have free thought, free will, any of those things. So with all the absolutely horrendous things that they have committed as an assault on, on you and your freedoms, do you ever think about leaving the state?

Yes. I mean, I have thought about it. I haven't, you know, I've, uh and so um there are things that i've done to be able to protect my location and so to but i because i don't have a desire to i've got too many connections here but i don't want to leave but um they but and so i had to take other precautions to to try and um hide my location but um i you know it definitely has crossed my mind but I have to stay. There's other things that I have to do here still, and I'm not going to just back down because of them. I'm going to continue to be right here, boots on the ground, exposing them. And with the help of viewers, be able to have the resources to be able to continue to do so.

They try to shadow ban because, you know, it's funny. I mentioned Heidi. I had my video and her video, both on YouTube, both with everything the same. Same thumbnail, same title. And hers gets thousands of views. Mine gets like 100.

That sounds uber familiar. It's one of those things. Like I said, I've had multiple, multiple accounts. I've had to start over from scratch multiple times. And hers will take off. And it's the same video because we did it together. And I maybe get 100 views or something total. And she's got, like, thousands. And I'm like, okay. Yeah. Whatever. What's going on? The reason why I ask you about moving is because I think that's one of the first things that a lot of people would jump to, to be their first guy. There's no place to run through, though, because they have control in every state. I was just going to say that, but that's – people don't – rationalize that far in advance a lot of times because we are so instant gratification and it's like I will you know screw this I'm not going to live in this state anymore I'm going to pack up I'm going to move my family somewhere else you're literally still under the giant umbrella of government interference so where do you think you're possibly going to go where you're going to be safe unless You're completely living off grid somewhere with no footprint of any kind, but like Ruby Ridge and some of the other things that have happened throughout history.

They still find you if they want to. I was going to say, even if you're off grid, they can still come and get you at any time and execution. The one thing we have to depend on is God. And there are examples of like Daniel and the lion's den where they get protected, but there are also the apostles where. they did die for the cause. And so we just have to worry about doing the right thing and then let God sort the rest out. And so that's just why we do what we do.

And so we continue every week. We have members that we have. We have a live member training that supporters come on and get more information on what they can do, information on what's going on. And then we provide. And that's for members as a thank you for their support. And then we continue to do the public reports on what's going on and the principles that people need to follow to be free, producing the books and helping people understand, A, what's going on and B, what they can do about it. So where can they support us? Where can they find all of this at? TreeofLibertySociety.com.
