Our dearest Father in heaven, so grateful to thee for this time we have to be together. So grateful to thee for the technology that allows our communication no matter where we're at. Please bless us with thy spirit that we will receive this information and that we will take into consideration the things that we must do to be able to stand up for what is right and stand up against evil. Help us to have the courage to do so. Help us to be inspired on things that we all can do. in our personal situations. Please bless us to be able to find more people of like mind that we can grow the organization to a point where we can be more effective in our efforts. And these things I pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

So years and years ago, I want to say like 14 or 15 years ago, I was doing some research on communism, believe it or not. And I came across a guy's website and he was, anti anti-communist which was really strange and so i was looking through his site and he had a page about this guy named mark dutro and so i was up for hours that night just going crazy down a rabbit hole and his is a story that very few americans know about but it's very interesting and a lot of the details of this story tie into Other things that have been happening in recent years. So please feel free to stop me. Raise your hand. I would love to hear comments. If there's things that in this that remind you of other things, let me know. I made some notes about some of this stuff. But this all started in the mid 80s. And Mark Dutrow was actually convicted of kidnapping, rape. torture and murder in Belgium, convicted in 2004. But like I said, the things that happened started about 20 years before that. There's a lot of articles, brief articles that have been written on this case over the years, just with little bits and pieces. But like I said, a lot of people don't know who he is, why he went to jail, how it relates to current events.

And one of the reasons that i chose to cover this story is because it has connections to the subject of satanic ritual abuse and that's a concept that ben and i are constantly having to argue with people about whether or not it's even real and we declared to all the world very loudly that in fact it is a very real thing a lot of people have rejected it though because there's a lot of um a lot of mouthpieces out there who claim that There was this satanic panic thing in the 80s and it was all just fake. But that's not true at all. But again, we'll present the facts. You decide for yourself. All right. So before we begin, I just first want to mention that some of the subject matter is pretty disturbing. But I think you might have gathered a little bit of that when I mentioned that this ties into the satanic ritual abuse. But the way I put this. slideshow together tonight is actually almost a hundred percent quotes from news articles, commentaries, police reports, interviews, and some other sources. And so that graphic content comes directly from those things. So here's a little dossier file on Mark Dutroux. He was born in 1956 in Brussels, Belgium. He was an unemployed electrician and a mechanic, and he was in his mid twenties when he first got charged with rape and torture. So I put this together chronologically. So we're going to start here in 1983. I heard a beep. Does somebody have a hand up? Nope.

Oh, okay. I can't see that screen anymore when I'm doing this. Yeah, I'll handle it. Let me know. Yeah, thanks. Okay, so Mark Dutrow turned 27 in November of 1983. And the first thing to note here is that... uh, he had been charged with, I'm sorry, the, let me read the quote first. He'd been charged in 1983 with the rape and torture of a 50 year old woman who told police he'd put a razor blade somewhere inappropriate. And so you'll note, first of all, the age of the victim, 50 years old. I want to point this out now because later on they, the police and other authorities really try hard to paint Mark Dutrow. as a simply a pedophile and be as kind of a lone criminal. Okay. They kind of use it as a way to explain away his crimes and to avoid the issue of him possibly working within a larger network, which is what he always claimed. And we'll get into that a little more later. And even though this part about the razor blade is pretty disgusting and horrific, it's important because it actually corroborates some of the later testimony by some of his victims and his accomplices. who attested to the same and to similar torture in some of the other cases that come up here. All right, next year, 1984. On February 13th of 1984, a 16-year-old girl by the name of Christine Van Hees was repeatedly raped, tortured, and finally set on fire. And it was considered an easy case because no gendarme or police officials, notables, or politicians were named in it. The original murder file already contained leads pointing to Mark Dutreau and Michelle Nihoul. So this girl's body was actually found by the police, but graphic and specific details were actually provided later by one of Mark Dutreau's other victims. Her name is Regina Loof, and she was present actually when these crimes here occurred.

She knew this girl. She was there with her when this stuff happened. Uh, her testimony was challenged by critics, but it was actually corroborated by the authorities when they later interrogated a man who grew up in the buildings where this took place. So this, uh, it was like a mushroom, um, farm or faggot. They, they refer to it as a mushroom factory in French, uh, where, you know, they grew the, the mushrooms and they processed them. There was kind of a family business and these guys grew up there. And this man and his brother heard Regina Loof's testimony and her description of the buildings brought back to them details that they personally had forgotten, even though they grew up in those buildings. Okay. So her testimony was completely corroborated by the men who lived in the home where it took place. And it has an attached warehouse. And they said it was attached in a way that nobody could have just made up. So Michel Nahoul is actually Jean-Michel Nahoul. He was born in 1941 in Belgium. He was a businessman. He's a convicted felon. He's sometimes simply referred to as Michel, as he was earlier. And I believe that's usually how he's going to be referred to in the documents that we go over later here in this slideshow. So the following year, 1985, on June 7th, the first proven abduction by... Dutro and this other guy named Jean Van Pettigam took place and they abducted an 11-year-old girl named Sylvie D. She's raped, she's threatened, but for some reason they let her go, thankfully. Jean Van Pettigam, I cannot find any details about him anywhere. I dug all through the internet and I went through all of the articles that I have on the Mark Dutro case and nothing. I have a name and I have his involvement and that's all.

On October 17th of that same year, 1985, Dutro and Jean-Benz Pettigame again, they abduct another little girl, another young woman, I'm sorry, Maria V, who is 19 from a place called Perron-la-Banche. So notice she's 19. She is young, but she's an adult. She's a legal adult. And this is further evidence that he wasn't simply just a lone pedophile. he was doing these heinous crimes, but it wasn't specifically just children that he was aimed at. On December 14th of that same year, Dutro abducted a girl named Oxel D. And during her testimony, she told the police that Dutro's accomplice, Pettigam, had told her that he was, quote, part of a gang led by two gang leaders, quote, an Italian and a crazy stupid one. I think that's really funny that. This it's one of these, like straight out of a movie, right? The guy's got diarrhea of the mouth, the criminal, he says all these things and the girl gets away. And then she tells the police, Hey, this is what he told me. So she testifies to the authorities that this guy said, Hey, part of a gang, there's a larger network that we are involved in here. Pet again, tells the police that. The first victims of him and Dutroux were actually two girls from a place called Moreland Wells in Belgium.

Those two victims were actually never located by the police. They just have the reports, never found their bodies. On December 18th, a couple of days later, the trio kidnapped 15-year-old Elizabeth G. in Pont-Aussel. She was raped and videotaped for the child pornography market. So Jean Van Pettigam actually told the police that Dutro filmed this girl naked and took pictures of her. So they knew that there was kind of a child porn market that they were, at least some of what they were doing was serving into. 1986. On January 17th, Catherine B. aged 18, again, another young woman, but not a child, was abducted from Obey in the Haino province. Dutro had one or two accomplices in her abduction that were actually never found by the police. Brian, or Ben, I'm sorry. Could you, since you have admin privileges, make sure all the microphones are muted? Yeah. So in contrast with the other victims who were located and who testified against their attackers, there's no known record of Catherine B. having ever been located by the police. So they just know about it. They know who she was. They never found her either. At the beginning of February that year, Martin Dutro and Petagem were arrested.

Now we haven't mentioned Martin yet. We'll get into that name in just a moment. But there's Petagem, like I said, he's giving out a lot of information about himself in conversations with these girls that they're abducting. And so these girls actually were able to report enough of the information to the police for them to identify him just through the details. Now, Michelle Martin is that other name. She was actually Mark Dutro's wife. And so it says that her complicity became evident in February of 86 when she was arrested for abduction charges. Here's her dossier. She was born around 1960. She was 51 in early 2011, one of the reports. So I don't know. That doesn't exactly pinpoint her birth date, but around 60. She was a school teacher for crying out loud. She was Dutro's mistress for years before they got married in 83, which would have been, again, either late teens or early 20s for him. And she had three children with Dutro, which is an interesting fact from this story, considering all of the children involved in what took place here, that there's never... never found any investigations into whether or not their own children were abused or anything. So here's the girl we talked about earlier, Regina Loof.

She was the first of 11 people to come forward to talk of their harrowing experiences at the hands of Belgium's pedophile networks. In 1996, she named and described in great detail to a specially assembled police team, the people and places involved in the pedophile ring. Who did she testify was in the pedophile ring? Well, from all these other articles that I've got, she listed senior judges, one of the country's most powerful politicians and a very influential banker. These claims from Regina Loof placed Marc Dutreau and Jean-Michel Nihoul together at the scene of similar crimes 10 years before. So Michelle Nihoul comes up. in the course of these investigations, but then the testimony of these victims and witnesses actually placed them working together a decade earlier, which again points to there being a network, not just Dutro being a lone pedophile.

Nahul was a businessman who admitted to arranging orgies at a Belgian chateau that catered to government and police officials. Now, Regina Louv testified that multiple orgies took place and at multiple locations. So Nahul arranged them at this one location they're mentioning here in this article. But the girl that was there and a victim that was dragged around to these events and abused there testified that there were multiple locations that this took place. And again, note who's there. Government and police officials are all involved. This article tells us that Nihul was also accused of producing snuff films. There are a lot of people who don't know what snuff films are, so I will just give a little bit of a definition here. Snuff films are videos where you got one or more people who are actually murdered, often following rape or torture. And they're usually produced on demand, which means that a customer will request a specific video be made. containing specific content such as a victim of a certain age or gender or race or specific acts to be perpetrated on them. And prices for snuff films, when I was doing the research here like 15 years ago, were ranging in the tens of thousands of dollars. But I read also that less specific films that had already been produced for somebody else could be purchased for a few thousand dollars. But if you wanted a custom one, it was in the tens of thousands of dollars. All right. So the, um, unmitigated good news is that John van Pettigam died in 1986 shortly after admitting his involvement in the aforementioned. crimes along with Detroit and his wife. He died in a fire and yeah, somehow right after admitting his involvement in these crimes. And like we mentioned earlier, he didn't know when to shut up and I'm willing to stake my life on the fact that he was silenced. All right. 1988, we're jumping two years now into the future. 16 people were convicted of offenses, including distributing child pornography.

The case hit the headlines because amongst those charged were high-ranking officials from agencies founded to protect children, including two senior workers for UNICEF and a man who headed an offenders program. The focal point for this group was Brussels. Now, the context for this paragraph in the source doesn't make it entirely clear that this is referring to the Dutro case, but it does appear to be. But it doesn't matter because either way, what we have here is an obvious network of people. working together to abuse children at the same time in the same area as Dutro. And that fact alone should be enough to show how much of a joke it is that there was so much official resistance to there being a pedophile network in the Dutro case, a network, not just him, but a network. And also I want to point out how people who want to abuse children deliberately put themselves into positions where they have access to children. I mentioned earlier, Michelle. Martin, who was Mark Dutrow's wife, was a schoolteacher. And here you've got UNICEF workers, which again is one of the children's organizations for the UN. And then there's this offenders program, people who were in positions where they were going to have access to kids. 89. In 1989, Dutrow was sentenced to 13 years in jail for kidnapping and raping young girls. All right. I mean, I would think that that would get a longer sentence personally.

But 13 years, okay, that'll keep him off the streets for a while. DeTro was jailed in 1989 for a series of violent rapes, including on minors. Now, this sentencing was in relation to the aforementioned kidnappings, rape, and torture of Sylvie D., Maria V., Oxel D., and Catherine V. I'm not certain if anybody was ever held accountable for the abuse of Elizabeth G. that was mentioned earlier, but I think she was the one whose body they never found. So again, note that this was not merely a pedophile ring as the media tried to frame it. The girls and the young women that he raped and tortured covered a wide range of age from eight to 19. And the one lady who was 50 years old that we know about could have been others. The three, Mark Dutro, his wife, Michelle Martin, and the accomplice, Jean Van Pettigam, were eventually convicted on the 26th of April, 1989. Dutro received 13 and a half years. Pettigem received six and a half years and Martin received five years. Dutro received a harsher sentence because he had committed several robberies with Pettigem and Dutro was additionally convicted for the brutal robbery of a 58 year old woman. So all these things all together, you got the four or five girls we mentioned, and then you've got robberies and then you've got a brutal robbery and all of those somehow only end up 13 and a half years sentence. While in jail, Dutro managed to convince a health professional that he was disabled due to mental illnesses. That way, he was able to collect public assistance consisting of about $1,200 a month from the Belgian government.

He also convinced the professionals that he needed sedatives for sleeping problems. Now this final point here about the sedatives is important actually because Dutro goes on later to use those sedatives to sedate his victims. and he's getting them from the state. And you'll also note how, because he's getting public assistance, the victims' families are actually sharing in his financial support now. 1991. Melchior Watelet was the judge who released Dutroux from prison in 1991. Watelet was Belgium's judge at the European Court of Justice. So note, Dutroux only served between two and three years. of his 13-year sentence for all of those tortures, rapes, kidnappings, and robberies. All of that combined only ended up with a sentence of 13 and a half years, which only ended up with a service of between two and three years. That's disgusting to me. Here's Melchior Wattele's dossier. He was born in 49 in Wallonia, Belgium. He was a politician, a judge, and a professor. He was a humanist, a socialist. And one of the articles I found said, quote, he encouraged the early release of many sex offenders. What an interesting person to have involved in the Dutro case. Shortly after his release, young girls began to disappear around the neighborhoods where Dutro's homes were located. 93. In 1993, police ignored a tip from an informant. who told them that Dutro offered him the equivalent of about $5,000 to kidnap young girls and that Dutro was selling girls into prostitution. Police also ignored a tip that came from Dutro's mother. She had contacted prosecutors to report that her son was keeping young girls in the basements of his unoccupied houses. His own mother reported this to the police, not investigated.

An unqualified electrician and mechanic, Dutro spent six years in prison between 86 and 92 for raping five young women. On his release, he claimed that his conviction made it impossible for him to find work and was given a monthly state benefit of about 2,000 euros. Despite this modest income, Dutro owned seven houses around southern Belgium. At this time, 2,000 euros was equivalent to... in my estimation, about $3,700 in today's dollars. I assume that that was added to the $1,200 he was already getting in monthly assistance from the state. So that brings his monthly income and state assistance to almost $5,000 a month. Also, I want to point out that most of the sources I have claim that Dutro actually owned 10 homes. And we mentioned earlier, what did he do? He was an unemployed electrician and he worked on cars. Okay. And somehow you can afford 10 homes. 1,300 children disappeared in the Brussels region between 91 and 96. According to government official, Mr. DeBetz, what happened after several of these disappearances was that Mark Dutro paid or deposited large sums of money into various bank accounts. So they were able to get a hold of his bank records. They went back through and noted that shortly after each of these incidents, he's got money that he's depositing into his accounts. Not just his state assistance, but other money coming in. 94.

The local justice and police had been notified in 1994 that Dutro was building dungeons in a cellar in which he intended to lock up girls before trafficking them. Remember that his mom had called and reported that to the police as well. Another police informant had reported that Dutro was quoting prices for abducted girls. and told a story of two girls being brought to him and his comment being, the cage isn't ready. Now notice how frequently extremely specific information is dumped into the laps of the police and they take little or no action on it. And then remember who was involved, who did the victims and the witnesses say were involved in these orgies and these other events, the rites and rituals and things that are taking place, the abuse of all of these girls, judges, police, other, other names are going to come up here in a little bit. 1995, Mark Dutrow was as an electrician living on social security benefits during the time of the crimes, but nonetheless owned 10 houses. The New York Times wrote on this point, quote, After several of the disappearances, Mr. Dutro paid large sums of money into several bank accounts. Within four years of being released early from jail, where he had served time for rape and kidnapping, Mr. Dutro, whose only official income was a welfare check, was worth an estimated six million francs, suggesting to investigators that he was acting for others higher up in a pedophile and prostitution ring. Again, by my estimations, About 6 million francs at that time would have been between $113 ,000 and $125,000. So he's making six figures somehow above and beyond, as far as I can tell, his welfare check. And note here, again, all this money coming in that he's depositing constantly after these events, it says here in this article, suggested to investigators that he's acting for others higher up in a pedophile and prostitution ring. Again, a network, a network, a network. It's not just him. 24th of June, 1995, 8-year-olds Julie Lejeune and Melissa Rousseau disappear near their home in Grasolonia, East Belgium. Dutroux had been named in police files in July 95 as a suspect in the abduction of two 8-year-old girls. August 23rd, 1995, Anne Marchal, 17, and Eiffel Ambricks, 19, go missing during a holiday at the seaside town of Ostend. Again, these are young adults.

A police surveillance camera set up to watch Mark Dutro was programmed to operate only from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. So it did not record his kidnapping of Anmarchal and Afia Lambrix. So this one is one of those that stood out to me because it reminded me of the story that we were told, the cockamamie story that the government gave about the cameras that were pointed at Jeffrey Epstein's cell. You guys remember that? Oh, no, the cameras were not working. Oh, wait, no, they were, but then somebody recorded over them. Oh, wait, no, they were off just for like an hour. And that just happened to be when all this nonsense, right? Same kind of silliness going on here. Despite numerous tips and warnings from informants, including his own mother, police failed to act, allowing the abductions to continue. Mark Vervilgen, the head of the Parliamentary Commission. said there were at least 11 occasions when the police could have arrested Mr. Dutroux and perhaps saved the lives of Ann and Ifya. Well, golly, that just sounds like a simple case of an obtuse police department, doesn't it? Oh, wait, what's this? Dutroux also claimed two policemen took part in the August 1995 kidnapping of the two teens, Ann Marshall and Ifya Lambricks. December 6, 1995, Mr. Dutreau is arrested on car theft and other charges. He's convicted and spends nearly four months in prison. Dutreau's wife, Michelle Martin, admitted to the police that in 1995 she knew two small girls were incarcerated in a secret dungeon in the cellar of their Chalera home. René Michaud, a police officer, was principally noted to have epitomized the mishandling of the case. Michelle had failed to properly analyze videotapes, which were confiscated from Dutro, that would have revealed his involvement in rape and constructing cells in which the kidnapped girls were kept. Hundreds of the tapes were not processed. Some were even returned to Dutro. The cages, I just remembered right now, I didn't think to mention it earlier, but... Ben and myself and Micah and others here at Tree of Liberty Society have been researching the Epstein files that have been coming out, we saw orders for large cages. Obviously, these would have been animal cages, so you'd have this ostensible story that you're buying it for a large animal or whatever, but I've never seen any animals or even mention of them in any of the photographs or the emails or anything. in the study I've done of the Epstein files. And it seemed to us, as we researched this, that clearly Epstein was buying those cages to do the same types of thing to keep small girls in. Michaud was additionally condemned in the eyes of the public for having ignored the sound of children screaming when he visited Dutroux's home. Belgian police admitted this inaction resulted in the death of two of Dutroux's victims. Despite such extreme incompetence, it's me show, received a promotion to the position of police commissioner before his death in 2009. So the police were in Dutro's basement. They heard the voices of children.

According to this source, it was screams. Dutro claimed that they were the sounds of children just playing outside and the police chose not to investigate it any further. And you got to remember that at this point, Dutro is widely known as a kidnapper, torturer, and rapist of women of all ages, including children. That's why the police are there investigating. They hear screams. They buy his excuse. They don't even bother to look. And two children die. Corruption allegations were further fueled by the words of Antilly, the prosecutor general of Liege, who claimed bodies recovered from Dutro's property were too decomposed to perform DNA analysis. I think it's silly to claim that bodies would be too composed. to get dna from isn't that a common source of dna like you can get hairs right and also aren't they all always finding like uh not long ago there was a woolly mammoth or something that was found and they got dna from it come on you can't tell me that a body was too decomposed in his basement to do dna analysis also The decomposition wasn't really an issue, and we know that because the BBC reported that, quote, the autopsy states quite clearly that the bodies were not decomposed. Samples were taken. It is just that no one seems to know what has happened to the results. Why were the hairs which detectives gathered from the dungeon in Dutro's cellar never sent for DNA analysis?

The investigation was also mired by an unusually high number of deaths in relation to the scandal. We already had Jean Van Pettigam earlier, who died of a fire right after he ran his mouth. Bruno Taliaferro, a shell or a scrap metal merchant who knew Dutro, claimed to know something about the car in which Julie and Melissa were kidnapped. Bruno Taliaferro was someone who knew or claimed to know about the abduction of Julie and Melissa and the car which was used. The Chalera scrap metal merchant told his wife in 1995 that Dutrault was trying to get him killed. It was something to do with the car in which girls had been taken. When he was found dead, apparently of a heart attack, his wife, Fabienne Jaupar, refused to accept the verdict. Samples of his body sent to the U.S. for analysis showed he'd been poisoned. Jaupar told reporters she was determined to find her husband's killer, but soon she too was found dead in her bed. her mattress smoldering. In other words, she was burned to death in her bed. Publicly, it was declared either suicide or an accident, but clearly there's no reason to look any further, right? 1996. In January, 96, Judge Connor wrote, wrote to King Albert, alleging his investigations into crime networks were being blocked because suspects, quote, apparently enjoyed serious protection. May 28, 96, Sabine. Dardong, 12, disappears while riding her bike to school in the town of Cain, southwest Belgium. August 9th, 96, Letitia Delay, 14, disappears after leaving a swimming pool in her hometown of Bertrie, southeast Belgium. Dutroux was arrested after an elderly nun with a penchant for memorizing number plates remembered part of the registration number of a white van seen near the scene of Letitia Delay's disappearance.

Police traced the van to Dutroux. August 13th, 96, Mr. Dutroux, his ex-wife, Michelle Martin, and Michelle Laliavre are detained in Salle -Bruisier, South Belgium. Okay, Michelle Laliavre, born in around 72. That's all I can find. Again, his involvement in this case is all that's on the internet as far as I can find. No public information that's widely available. But he was in his 20s at this time. that he was arrested here in 1996 a man after dutro's own heart right august 15th 1996 mr dutro leads police to make to a makeshift cell in-house in chalera suburb of massinel where sabina dardan and leticia delay are found alive both have been drugged and sexually abused addressing the jury of 12 at the alan palais de justice at dutro's trial in 2004 Judge Conorot relived the moment in August 96 when his team rescued Sabina Dardone, 12, and Leticia Delay, 14, from the cage beneath Dutroux's house. Sabina had been held for 79 days, much of the time chained by the neck. Dutroux admitted this week he had raped her 20 times. He said the plan was to hand her over to the criminal network, but he kept her because he was depressed. Media reports describe victims kept in cages. A large amount of DNA evidence recovered from these cells were never analyzed by authorities, even though it may have revealed the identities of additional perpetrators, which, in my opinion, is the reason that they were never analyzed. The defense regularly cited DNA evidence indicating that other people visited Dutroux's cell, alluding to hundreds of human hairs that were never accounted for. August 16th, 1996, Mr. Dutroux admits kidnapping on Marshall and Afi Lambrix. Fourth suspect, Michel Nahoul, is detained. August 17th, 1996, Mr. Dutroux admits killing suspected accomplice Bernard Weinstein and takes police to the bodies of Julie Lejeune, Melissa Rousseau, and Weinstein buried in the backyard of a Salabuzier house. Bernard Weinstein, born in 1952 in France, he was a career criminal. He was sentenced in 1981 to 15 years in prison for burglaries, robberies, and armed assaults. of which he only served nine years. He also comes up dead. The autopsy performed on his body showed traces of soil inhalation in his trachea and bronchi. The conclusion, after being tortured, Bernard Weinstein had been buried alive. In 1996, Detroit led police to the emaciated bodies of Julie Lejeune and Melissa Rousseau. buried in the garden of another of Dutro's homes. The girls apparently starved to death in the dungeon while Dutro was in prison.

So at first, Dutro claimed that his wife had neglected to feed the girls while he was in jail for car theft and that they were both dead when he got home. His wife, on the other hand, said that she'd been too afraid to go down in the basement to feed them. Dutroux later claimed that one of the girls was still alive but died in his arms upon his return, even though he'd been gone four or five months, during which time they had not been fed. Laurent Louis has suggested in a speech before the Belgian Chamber of Representatives in the 2010s that Melissa Rousseau and Julie Lejeune were not starved to death by Michelle Martin, but raped to death. Now between this and Dutroux's numerous claims, which one seems more likely to you? Michel Laliavre, a drug addict and petty thief, told police soon after his arrest that the girls were kidnapped to order for someone else. But Laliavre suddenly stopped cooperating. He told police he'd been threatened and couldn't risk saying any more. One of Dutro's accomplices talked non-stop in the first days after his arrest. The morning after the kidnapping of two teenage victims, Dutro had an important appointment. He returned at about 5 or 6 p.m. In regards to the two girls, he spoke of ordered goods, he declared. Eight days after the arrest, the accomplice abruptly stopped cooperating with interrogators, claiming Michelle Nehul said that if I talk, they will find me no matter where or when. Again, you've got multiple people working together. That's a network, number one. And here you've got threats of others who are going to find him. Again, that suggests a further network that's involved here. September 3rd, 96, police find the remains of Anmarshall and Afilambrix under a garden shed at Weinstein's house in the Chalera suburb of Jumay. The bodies of Anmarshall 17 and Afilambrix 19 were found drugged and wrapped in plastic sheets on Dutreau's land in August 96, a year after they were seized on their way back from a party. The victims were not dead when they were buried, according to their autopsies, said the chief prosecutor. Police rearrested Dutro in 96 for kidnapping, child porn, murder, and child prostitution. The investigating judge suspected Jean-Michel Nahoul, a Brussels businessman and nightclub owner, was the brains behind the operation. Nahoul was arrested. Now you might remember Jean-Michel Nahoul from earlier on the timeline here. He was the, what was it, the lifetime, lifelong criminal known for the production of snuff films, right? I am the monster of Belgium, Nahul says, and he expects never to come to court as the information he claims he has about important people in Belgium would bring down the government. I'm sorry, would bring the government and the entire state down. So by this time in the public, Mark Dutro came to be known as the monster of Belgium. But in this article here, when the person went to interview him and interrogate him. Here, Michelle Nahul is claiming that title for himself. I'm the monster of Belgium. In September 96, 23 suspects, at least nine of whom were police officers, were detained in question about their possible complicity in the crimes and or their negligence in investigating the case. As the Los Angeles Times noted in a very brief two-sentence report, the detainment's... quote, were the latest indication that police in the southern city of Chalera may have helped cover up the alleged crimes of Marc Dutreau, close quote. The arrests followed raids on the police officers' homes and on the headquarters of the Chalera police force and were based on information supplied by police inspector Georgie Zicot, who had already been charged as an accomplice. So what did it say here? You've got police officers involved. including a police inspector. October 96, Connor Roth, the only man who has ever advanced the Detroit investigation, was sacked from the case. He had attended a fundraising dinner in support of the victim's families and was accused of a conflict of interest. Other records that I found reported that Connor Roth was invited to a dinner to honor the girls, as at this point in time, the majority of Belgium's population supported the victims. but that, according to those other records, he wasn't told that this was a fundraiser. The court ruled that Mr. Conrad had compromised his impartiality by accepting a free dinner at a fundraiser for the parents of missing children. The dismissal also followed press reports that Mr. Conrad was on the verge of disclosing the names of senior government officials who had been recognized on confiscated videotapes and during allegations of a high-level cover-up. So forget all the actual... corruption that's been taking place so far around this case.

This guy got some free spaghetti, so how can we expect him to be impartial, right? So they kick him out. And also, lo and behold, he was just about to reveal names of senior government officials. A crowd of 400,000 marched on the Palace of Justice in Brussels to protest. They called this the White March, and it was both in support of the victims and protesting the removal of Judge Connor Rock from this case here. And even though this has 400,000 in attendance all across the different reports that I found, the numbers ranged anywhere from 275,000 to 400,000, but still anywhere from clearly anywhere from 300 to 400,000 people. And Belgium is not a big country. The majority of the population, as I said earlier, was in favor of the victims and were against this judge being removed from the case. Conorot was replaced by Judge Jacques Langlois, for whom this case would be his first assignment. Hmm. Does that remind you at all of 0-9-11, where a lot of key players that very day that those things took place just happened to either have substitutes in because they were gone for the day, or other people who had just been put into those positions of power, and it was their very first days. How very interesting. It's almost like this is a pattern. Since Conor Rutt was sacked, according to the Rousseaus, the parents of one of the murdered's children, the Dutro file has acquired no new evidence. So Conor Rutt was a good judge. He was actually doing work, finding things, digging up evidence. And ever since he got replaced, now there's no new evidence. 97. One press report referred to suspected links between Dutro and the self-styled Satanic Order of Abersacs based in southern Belgium. A letter found in the house of accomplice Bernard Weinstein, who Dutro admits he drugged and buried alive, referred to the group and to the need to continue to procure presence in the form of human beings for the high priestess of the order. The media were asked to withhold this information for many months. arrayed on the group Temple, an anonymous cottage, resulted in seizure of hundreds of videotapes, racks of computer disks, two human skulls, and jars of animal blood. Now, we have to take an important detour here to discuss the connection between the Dutrow case. And as I mentioned in the beginning, the connection here with satanic ritual abuse. So the police went to the Abersax compound. They found no bodies. This was digging up all of the land everywhere around. Didn't find any bodies. And then this was touted in the news as proof that there wasn't any satanic cult involvement in the Dutro case. But in 2002, one of Dutro's victims, Regina Loof, that we mentioned earlier, she released a book called Silence en tu des enfants, In English means quiet, we're murdering children. And in that book, she said, the initiation went according to a fixed scenario.

It resembled a macabre satanic mass, a weird spectacle of men wearing capes and masks. The mistress entirely dressed in leather, including her mask, commanding the men to torture or abuse the children in certain ways. It was a show aimed at making us so terrified that we wouldn't talk about it. How in heaven's name could a little girl tell someone that she had been raped by the devil or by Mickey Mouse? The adults knew that very well. They weren't Satanists or anything like that, but they skillfully used the ritual to scare the children and make them keep their mouth shut because no one would believe them anyway. Now, this quote here provides a clear link to satanic ritual abuse, whether or not the victim believes they actually meant it to be satanic. Because what difference does that make whether or not they believe it if they're doing the exact same things, right? And how are you going to prove that anyways, whether they believe that, right? Who cares? That has no bearing on this. And I want to be clear that they were doing the exact same things described by other victims of satanic ritual abuse from all over the world, all through the decades. For instance, the police reports for a young woman named Natalie Wendershoot. She was one of the ex-witnesses in the Dutro case. We'll explain that in a minute. She said the following. From January 16th to January 30th, 1997, Natalie was hypnotized three times in an effort to retrieve more detailed memories and probably to make it through them without having to be restrained again.

She described how she was 14 years old in 1979 when she was first brought to Maison de Dachon. At least one of the meetings took place during full moon. In response to the question to write down what comes back to her when she moves around the castle in her mind, she made the notes, quote, murder around in a circle around fire, have some candles. Everybody's standing except the baby and the sheep. The baby cries. He cannot cry. He cannot breathe because he is impure and it is a boy. Close quote. She describes the murder of the baby and how his blood is mixed with that of the slaughtered sheep. Then they burn the baby and the sheep and everybody's having sex with each other. The monster has left. They tear out the heart of the baby. Now, I believe that the monster she's referring to here is the baby boy. Victim witnesses from an investigation in the Neuf Chateau area also mentioned Satanism and the police report for an individual identified as T4. says he attended a black mass in the suburbs of Ghent in May, 1987, a satanic mass. There was animal sacrifice through evisceration. The blood of the animals was drunk by the participants. He reports that children are sacrificed in the USA in Holland. The satanic movement has ties to the child abuse network. Okay. So evisceration is disembowelment, which is a common theme. descriptions of SRA cases.

After extensive study of the Dutrow case, it appears that some of his associates were in fact involved in satanic ritual abuse, while Dutrow himself may have simply been a stooge they used to procure their victims. Nevertheless, he was the connecting link between the so-called child abuse network and the Satan worshippers. It's therefore no coincidence that there's victim witness testimony corroborating Satanic involvement in the same areas where Dutro's network was known to operate during the same times they were operating there. Interrogation records for a Jacques Thomas include the following. Jacques Thomas was at a restaurant when he broke down in tears. He participated in 1985-86 in several Satanic sessions close to Chalera. At the event, the blood of a 12-year-old girl was offered to an audience. He did not participate in the murder. Thomas doesn't intend to speak anymore because he is afraid. Thomas is very afraid. He was a treasurer of the youth section of the PSC. He often met with three men named Michel, Philippe, and Jean-Paul. They tried to direct Thomas toward Opus Dei. Under the pretext of initiation tests for Opus Dei, he was brought to a black mass with sexual acts. He mentions the presence of young... of girls from a country in the East, 13 to 14 years old. In 1986, after a wine and dine political reunion, he went with two of the men to a meeting that they announced would be spicy. He was drugged before being taken into a room with masked people who had dressed in black robes. The participants drank blood. He was placed in the presence of a naked little girl laying down on an altar. She had died 12 years old. He wanted to leave, but was drugged again. He woke up the following day in his car.

Now, Opus Dei is a secretive Catholic order that has apparently been officially recognized by the Pope, according to the research that I was able to do. And then police records about a victim witness known only as Katerina state, Contact with Katerina. All her life, Katerina has been abused by another woman's father, and she has knowledge about satanic feasts. She accommodates Ruth Chapman, who was a former victim, author of A Satanic Sect. She suspects her to be again a member of the sect. Chapman would also be part of a pedophile network, and her mission would be to kidnap children in Belgium to be brought to Holland for pedophile movies. Katarina says to have undergone several abortions. From the age of nine, it is common to give hormones to the children to speed up the evolution of the body. Some corpses disappear via a butcher shop in Rotterdam. When she was 25 years old, she was witness to a snuff movie on the lake of Lugano. And then police interrogation records for a Pascal Willems describe some similar situations. Gérald Brasson, a psychotherapist, was in contact with Pascal Willems, also a psychotherapist, since 1992. Willems looked after two children, 8 to 10 years old, who were victims of child molesters and Satanists in the region of Vivier in a castle. This went on until the children were put to death. The children came from a children's home with a complicit director. Again, the people that are involved in these things put themselves in positions where they have access to children. The children would have participated in a combined feast and orgy organized by Melchior Watele, lo and behold, in a castle located in the region of Verbeer. The castle belongs to a private association.

The responsible person at the judicial police of vervier would have been in the know of the facts and would have suppressed the affair as well as the gendarmerie willems spoke of the affair to the advisor of the saj which is a youth support group of vervier at the time who told him to keep quiet he has been intimidated or has been threatened by telephone by the boss of the judicial police in vervier and by the advisors of the saj and by an anonymous person contact between Brasson and Willems between October and November 95 and at the end of 96. Brasson speaks a bit to Denayer, the judicial police in Namur. Following that, Willems was threatened with quote-unquote suicide like it happened to someone else in Namur. Again, you remember Melchior Watelet. He was the judge who let Dutroux get out of prison in 1991. All right, so we'll try and get through the last little bit here. On January 27th, 1997, it was decided to reopen the investigation into the unsolved murder of teenager Christine Van Hees, who we mentioned earlier, which regained attention thanks to the testimony of X1 Regina Loof, who is the girl that was present when Christine was tortured, murdered, raped, burned to death. The original murder file already contained leads pointing to Mark Dutro and Michelle Nahul. These leads were neglected, yet the same examining magistrate who handled the case from 1985 onward was placed in charge of the reinvestigation. Well, the examining magistrate here, it says Van Espy, but his actual name was Jean-Claude Van Espen, and he was a close friend of Jean -Michel Nihoul. How about that? In the years that followed, a group of men began making statements that they had murdered Christine Van Hees. They also talked about black masses, druidism, and Satanism. In the spring of 97, Loof's interrogators had been sent home without explanation, and a new team was assigned to re -read her testimony.

The press was briefed that the previous team had been removed because they had manipulated the evidence of Loof. It is a charge which the police team has always vigorously denied and which has never been substantiated. And then the media campaign began. Loof's name was leaked to the press. The government-owned TV station, RTBF, began a campaign designed to prove that Dutro was an isolated pervert kidnapping girls for himself, that there was no network, that Nihul was innocent, and Luf was a liar. Again, now, they keep trying to make this into Mark Dutro being an isolated pervert, like it says here. Why? Because they don't want it to go all the trails to lead back to all the other people involved. And just look at what has happened with Jeffrey Epstein. The exact same thing. There are so many people implicated in this, Trump included. And look at all the ways that he has tried to dodge it in the beginning, saying it was all a lie. You know, it was a Russian, whatever, you know, something made up to make him look bad or whatever, you know, nonsense. He did all these things, but they're trying to just do whatever they can to turn the attention away from the evidence that's going to lead back to themselves.

Belgium's flagship current affairs television program. on Nom de la Loire, floated Loof's face over a backdrop of crows pecking over debris orchestrated by a Blair Witch-style soundtrack. Her aging parents disappeared as tragic victims of a deranged fantasist whose false memories had blighted their last years. This campaign has succeeded. Judges have announced that Loof will not be called as a witness in any future trial of Dutro or his associates. Her testimony and that of all the 10 witnesses who came forward to Judge Conrad has been declared worthless. So the 10 witnesses, these are the ones that were known as the ex-witnesses. They weren't telling anybody who they were. They came and they testified in private. Then, of course, like I mentioned, the press leaked Regina Loof's name. And then she didn't hide from it. She went forward and was like, fine, it's me. I'm here to testify, right? Which is great. But they have all these other testimonies, the ex-witnesses now. And now they're declaring that it's all worthless.

And then it mentioned at the beginning of this quote here in this article that they went, the new team came in to quote, unquote, reread the testimony. But what they actually did was reinterpret the facts to support the government's official story. That's actually going to become more clear as we go a little further here. April 9th, 97, parliamentary interim report into the Detroit case finds police inhumane, inept, inefficient, and ill-equipped and lists blunders and rivalry during probe. All right, Ben, we're at 1998. I just realized I've got almost 50 slides left. Do you want me to finish or do you want me to finish up next week? Or did you step away to go potty while I'm doing that? Okay, I'll continue for now. 1998. In 1998, after the press dubbed the two camps believers and disbelievers, all of Belgium became divided on the ex-witness credibility issue.

The Van Heese murder case was closed. The other child murder files brought back in focus by X1's testimony were left untouched, and by then the statute of limitations had run out on all of these cases. Upon receiving a complaint from a gendarme commander... oh my gosh you scared me sorry yes i don't know why you weren't hearing me before so i was trying to chime in and i was trying to say that this is enough we can do a part this is part one and you got enough for another part two so let's i do go and go ahead and stop here and we'll we'll perfect continue next week awesome will do yeah i don't know why i couldn't hear you either so uh so thank you a rod for that that helps us really to see the more cases we see of this uh cooperation and involvement from the media and the government and the individuals perpetuating this, we can see that it's not an isolated incident here and there, that it's a pattern that once you get to a certain level in government, that it is what is going on, is what we are ruled by. And it's essential that we understand this as we start to implement the solution.

So thank you for that. Let's go ahead. We are a little bit over. We'll forego the Q&A and we'll just move that over into the open forum. And which Denise Croft, you've got a thing to propose for in that. So what we'll do is if you're available, if you can say the closing prayer and then. And then give me your announcement.

Dear Heavenly Father, grateful for this day and for the time we have to meet together and learn about the evils, even though they may scare us and be disturbing that we know what is truly going on and we're faced with as a society. And please help us to turn our hearts to the end. seek out thy spirit so that we can not be fearful, but we can move forward in faith and knowing how we can participate in righteousness and against such evils. And we're grateful for Rob for his presentation. We say in his name, my son, Jesus Christ. Amen.
