Member Training – Controlled Opposition & The Anti Christ

In this training, I drive home why it is so vital that we understand the principle of controlled opposition, not just on the big stage of politics and media, but in our personal discernment as well. Too often we assume that if someone says the right words—“I love liberty,” “I stand for the Constitution,” or even “Jesus is Lord”—then they must be on our side. But the Savior warned us of wolves in sheep’s clothing, and scripture shows us again and again that the truth is found by the few, hated by the world, and often ignored or silenced by the powers of the day. Controlled opposition works precisely because it looks and sounds so convincing, but when you examine the fruits, you’ll see the misdirection—leading people into “safe” paths that never threaten the adversary’s plans. Our task is not to chase every false teacher or celebrity politician, but to know the principles of truth so well that the counterfeit becomes obvious. If we cannot recognize the deceivers on the lower levels, how will we ever discern the master of deception, the Antichrist himself? This is why we must strengthen our knowledge, sharpen our judgment, and refuse to be lulled into following what the world applauds. Only then will we build the spiritual muscles needed to stand firm in the battle between good and evil.

TRANSCRIPT

Well, Heavenly Father, we come to you to ask, first of all, thank you. Thank you for these opportunities to better ourselves so we better serve you through our education that we're receiving. We ask your blessing on the meeting and on our speaker tonight, Ben. We ask you to also bring your spirit among us to help motivate us to act upon the knowledge we learn. It is so. So important we don't skirt our responsibility, God, to not take the word to others so that they can join us in this battle between good and evil. So with that, I say this prayer in your name, Jesus. Amen. Amen.

So controlled opposition and the Antichrist. Again, right? We've talked about controlled opposition a lot. It's an important thing to understand. But I think I wanted to bring this new aspect to it because to help us to see the importance of it, I think sometimes we dismiss the importance of understanding the principle of controlled opposition because we either think that, oh, we're not going to be fooled or that it's no big deal with these types of things. i'm hoping to help us to see um the the bigger picture on how important it is even on the low level on on kind of the lower more personal level um to understand controlled opposition because that will help us with the with an even bigger picture so um as i um mention every week now uh the the importance of um adhering to the commandments of God and the warnings that he's given us that we perish because we have a lack of knowledge. And so I'm hoping that we've all are thinking about the things that we can do this week to increase our knowledge by saying, did I do anything last week?

And if not, we can do better and we'll find something this week to increase our knowledge. And the purpose of the Tree of Liberty Society is, of course, to build understanding of and adherence to the principles that have built free nations. expose the satanic conspiracy and then build an effective resistance to that conspiracy so let's talk about the principle first and we're going to understand the principle for yourself and then you'll be able to identify specific examples for yourself it's an important thing i don't want to tell you what to think i want to teach we're going to teach you how to think not what to think and so that's really what we're trying to lay out here because There are so many different new personalities that there's a turnover and we can't just do a presentation on everybody every time because then if we did that, then it's like a crutch where you lose a muscle, right? You become weaker because you're like, oh, oh no, I got to go tune in to make sure I know what the truth is about so-and-so.

But if you understand these principles for yourself, I won't need to go into all of the specifics. I won't need to bring out individuals. You will be able to understand these yourself. And then you'll be able to share with others that are bringing up saying, hey, so-and-so is this new great liberty person. You'll be like, hey, you know what? Obviously you love liberty. And so I want you to understand why that person's not what you think. So you're not supporting something that is going against what you believe in. And if we do it the right way, we're not being holier than thou. We're not being, you know, a no at all. But we're being helpful to them because we know what they want and what their ultimate goal is. And we can help them with that because of the principles that we understand. So again, the Savior, of course, taught that we are to beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. You shall know them by their fruits.

Do men gather grapes of thorns or figs of thistles, right? So we're going to know them by their fruits. What do they produce? And giving these examples of do they gather good things or do they gather things that are dangerous or that hurt us, that damage us? And so he gets into this where we get that term, a wolf in sheep's clothing, someone that is evil, someone that is trying to do us harm. but they are pretending to be something else. They are pretending to be our friend. They are pretending to be harmless. They're a sheep, right? Which is typically thought of as harmless compared to a wolf. And so this is the image, right? Of a wolf in sheep's clothing. Now, if you had a politician or you had somebody in media that looked like that, it would be pretty obvious. It wouldn't be a big hurdle to be able to say, oh, you know what?

Maybe they're not exactly who they say they are. And so clearly Satan isn't going to be this obvious. And so we need to look at additional principles. So it is important for us to understand that there are wolves in sheep's clothing, people that are evil trying to pretend to be good and so that they can fool us to do harm to us. But so we had that concept that we... So we don't fall into the trap of just giving everyone the benefit of the doubt. We don't fall into this idea of, hey, you know, everybody, whatever everybody says is face value for what it is, right? Somebody says, I'm here for liberty. I love the constitution. Well, they said so, so it must be true. No, we know about wolves and sheep's clothing. And so we know that things aren't always at face value. And so we're going to look a little bit deeper.

We're going to discover some principles. Okay, so what are the principles? I, of course, want to look to the scriptures. That is our guide. That is our foundation. And then we can infer other things from experience and from other principles. But the foundation should be the things that we can learn from the scriptures to help us to make sure that we are judging correctly. Judging isn't bad. Judging unrighteously is bad. So we need to use the scriptures. to know how to judge who is a wolf, who is a wolf in sheep's clothing, and who is a true friend of liberty. So the first principle we find in the scriptures is that the truth and those promoting the truth are not broadly accepted.

So we go to Matthew chapter 7 and we read the words of the Lord. It says, Enter ye in at the straight gate, for wide is the gate. and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat. Because straight is the gate, and narrow is the way which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Okay? So the vast majority of individuals are going to go the easy way. It's this wide gate that is broad and lots of people will go in there. Many there be that which go in that. But then, of course, the truth is a narrow gate. It's a straight way to that gate. And only a very small amount of people are actually going to find it. So that's one of these things.

Then we go to 1 Peter 3, verse 20. When once the long-suffering of God waited in the days of Noah. while the ark was preparing wherein few, that is eight souls, were saved by water. So when we think of a few, you know, sometimes we want to think in percentages of a global population of 8 billion people. And so even a million people will be, you know, a small percentage. But here we see in 1 Peter that it's not percentage, it's small number. it's eight out of the entire global population of the time it was eight that found the narrow straight way and so that that helps us really you know i'm not saying that only eight people um every time but it helps us put into perspective a principle of it's not about percentages it's about few in number an actual number of few that understand that so that way we can say Okay, if it's not a few, if it's a lot of people, then we can say that it's a broad gate. It's a wide gate. It's a broad road to that wide gate.

And it might be a path that we want to avoid or a voice that we want to avoid. Okay, right? We look at this maybe in more of a picture view. We have the truth being this just tiny sliver of... of the great whole. So not, I mean, this is a kind of a percentage, but even we talk about these false paradigms of left versus right. And it's, you know, even amongst choices, you know, there might be a, oh, there's two other choices that are much more people are accepting, but there's still a lot of people accepting this choice. Well, really it's the truth is something that a very small amount of people will actually accept. And so, which tells us the reverse. That with false opposition, it will be something that is broadly accepted, broadly followed. So also another principle we find in the scriptures is that the world and the majority of the people hate the good. Whether they say they like the good or not, the scriptures say they actually hate it. So we go to Matthew chapter 10.

Again, the Lord says, And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake. So those that are actually following God will be hated of all men for his sake. Okay, so again, the broad amount of the people, the bulk of the people are going, because they hate God, they hate Christ, they are going to hate his true followers and those that follow the truth. And so we can extrapolate that to truth. The truth is going to be hated of most people because God is truth and everything that is linked to truth is linked to God. In Luke, we read, Blessed are ye when men shall hate you and when they shall separate you from their company and shall reproach you and cast out your name as evil for the son of man's sake. So they will lie about you. They will call you evil and they will hate you. And so I'm going to take away you, but I'm going to go into the truth, right? We know that the majority hate truth, majority hate correct principles. And so that means in the converse that the majority of the people love lies.

The majority of the people will call good evil and they will call evil good. Okay. So he says, woe unto you when all men speak well of you, for so did their fathers to the false prophets. Now, of course, you know, all in both of these circumstances are general. Of course, not everyone will speak well of anybody and not everybody will speak evil of everyone. So, but it's going to be right when he's talking about that, the majority, if the majority are speaking well of you, then you're in trouble. if they're speaking well of this idea, this concept, if they're speaking, if the majority are speaking well, or not even a majority, if a big bulk of the people, I should say, like a third, a good large group of the people are speaking well of you, if they are speaking well of a principle, if they are speaking well of a talking head, if they are speaking well of an elected official, that we should be weary of that. Because of course, their father, the devil, They did the same thing to false prophets.

So we go to John chapter 15 and we read, If the world hate you, you know that it hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love his own. But because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. So here's another principle to identify false or controlled opposition. Does the world hate it? Does the bulk of the world, is there a good chunk of people that hate this truth or hate this principle? Because if it was something that wasn't true, of course, they would grasp onto it. If it was a bad principle or a bad individual, then there would be a large portion of the population that would love it. So think of things, think of individuals, think of principles, think of parties. that a large group of people love. And you can say with pretty good confidence that that means that those individuals are false or controlled opposition.

So the world and the majority hate the good. Again, continuing James chapter four, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God, whoso therefore will be a friend with the world, is the enemy of God. So if the world and the worldly, again, like this person, like this party, like this politician, like this principal, like this organization, like this talking head, they can be friendly with a wide cross-section of the society, then they are enemies of God. They are false opposition. Yay. And then in 2 Timothy, yea, and all that live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. So there, and as I mentioned in my presentation I did last, not this, in July of 2024, where I talked about attempted assassinations of political figures. At that point was Donald Trump. And I talked about how MLK and JFK and Lincoln were conspirators, but they were also assassinated.

So it's not like everybody that has physical harm come to them is true opposition, but we know that those that are teaching true principles will receive persecution. And persecution isn't people disagreeing with you, right? It is people seeking to do you harm. It is government seeking to put you in prison. people trying to actually silence you as opposed to disagreeing with you okay so next we have the principle in the scriptures of they openly hating good would be too obvious and would help to promote it right of course if if they see this principle of if I it's this reverse psychology of oh you know I know that people are suspicious if if we attack them so they they're like okay conservatives will be suspicious if they attack a you know if liberals will attack um a conservative they'll say oh my goodness you know liberals um are are attacking this person that must mean that person is good but um but at times you know they if they don't because of that they are not going to always do that They are going to attack people that are actually on their side because they know that if they're attacking them, you're going to think that that person they're attacking is good. And so they do the reverse psychology of attacking a friend of theirs so that you think that their friend is actually their enemy.

And I've given the example before of Br'er Rabbit and talking to Br'er Fox and Br'er Bear saying, don't throw me in that briar patch. And it ends up being his home. And so we, as Br'er Fox and Br'er Bear, think, oh, he doesn't want to go in that. The bad guys are attacking that person. That must mean that person is good. And we get fooled, okay? So that becomes too obvious. And so there's another tactic that they use. And P.T. Barnum from Barnum & Bailey laid it out pretty well, right? I don't care what the newspapers say about me. as long as they spell my name right. And so the attacks, it's okay to be attacked. The conspiracy will attack its own because they know that it's free advertising that will help promote their friends because you will think that they are a good person because bad guys are attacking them when they're actually on the same exact team. Okay. Now, so what's another tactic, right? Attacks are just as helpful to someone as praise with the reverse psychology. A person pretending to be a liberal attacks somebody pretending to be a conservative, and the conservatives will say, okay, that person's my friend.

The person that's being attacked by the liberal is my friend. but then liberals will see that and they'll say a liberal will attack will praise the liberal and they say all the liberals will say okay that person must be my friend or like if we think a fake conservative is a real conservative and they praise somebody we think that the cons the fake conservative praising somebody is now a conservative and so we we've got to understand these um psychological tactics that are used to get us to believe something that is false and so in as a as a part of that Because they use this tactic of attacking people that are their friends, they have to do something else to people that are their enemies that won't draw attention to them. So what do you do to somebody that won't draw attention to them?

This clip is a humorous but very telling example of how we identify that. So now with Pelini dropping out, Rick Perry dropping in, and Michelle Bachman and Ron Paul dominating the Ames Straw Poll, we gots ourselves a race. We have a top tier. It is Mitt Romney, Rick Perry, and Michelle Bachmann. We have a new top tier, and it's Perry, Mitt Romney, and Bachmann. There's now a top tier in this race, at least for now, of Romney, Perry, and Bachmann. I think that's fair to say. Really fair to say? You're not forgetting, I don't know, anyone, say, an ideologically consistent 12-term congressman who came within less than 200 votes of winning the straw poll?

Isn't anyone going to give that gentleman a little love? there's a top tier now of of bachman and perry and romney and you know we haven't mentioned and we should thank you we haven't mentioned we should rick santorum who did really surprisingly well for the amount of money and resources he had rick santorum he didn't get half of what ron paul got he lost to the guy who lost so bad he dropped out of the race santorum We're looking at Mitt Romney, who continues to be the front runner, but we have Rick Perry as well, and now Michelle Bachman. Let's not count out John Huntsman, though. What? John Huntsman? Huntsman got 69 votes. If all of John Huntsman's supporters met at the same Ames, Iowa Quiznos, the fire marshal would say, yeah, that's fine, no problem. There's still some tables open in the back.

Huntsman... Huntsman was the only Mormon running in the straw poll, and he came in second amongst Mormons. And by the way, this pretending Ron Paul doesn't exist for some reason has been going on for weeks. A new Gallup survey showing Rick Perry running second to Mitt Romney, knocking down Iowa favorite Michelle Bachmann to fourth. Behind who? Libertarian Ron Paul. become the 13th floor in a hotel. Why? What's wrong with... He is Tea Party patient zero. All that small government grassroots business, he planted that grass. These other folks, they're just moral majorities in a tri -cornered hat. Ron Paul's the real deal. And Fox News should love this guy. But watch the disconnect between the debate moderators at Fox's Thursday debate and the debate audience. Iran does not have an air force that can come here.

Just like we did in Iraq. Build up the war propaganda. There was no al-Qaeda in Iraq. And they had nuclear weapons and we had to go in. I'm sure you supported that war as well. It's time we quit this. It's time. It's trillions of dollars we're spending on these wars. What's with the smirk and the eye roll? The crowd goes nuts and you do one of these. There goes crazy Uncle Ron. babbling about the unsustainability of multiple wars. He's the one guy in the field, agree with him or don't agree with him, who doesn't go out of his way to regurgitate talking points or change what he believes to fit the audience he's in front of, and you're treating him like if this were Celebrity Apprentice, he'd be this guy. By the way, Ames Iowa straw poll, Busey beat Huntsman 77-69. Even when the media does... Paul, it's only to reassure themselves how there's no need to remember Ron Paul. Right now, live, right next to the bus behind us, Ron Paul is speaking. And seven of the candidates are here today.

We have live pictures of Ron Paul. But you know what? We're talking about Sarah Palin. We're talking about Rick Perry, the two people not in the race yet, Drew. And guess what, Paul? If you get video of Sarah Palin or get a soundbite from her, bring that back to us. You can hold the Ron Paul stuff. so even cnn right does they cnn and fox news uh the the mainstream uh talking heads are all trying to get you to not know that he exists ignore him do a glancing blow um if you mention him at all but typically just ignore him as if he doesn't exist and so typically that's what the conspiracy will do um in in these aspects when we're talking about government and politics and liberty is they will just absolutely ignore them but then in other cases like has happened to me where they where they do that to the persecution where they do try to throw you in prison, where they do go after you physically or even murder you. But the ignoring. If you are not a part of them, they will not talk about you over and over and over again.

You will not know who they are. If they wipe them out, basically, you won't even know that they existed because then you would know that they are somebody that you should look to. You would know about them to see if you should look into them. And so they want you, if you are somebody or the thing you're looking at is something that they talk about a lot, then you can know that the conspiracy accepts them as one of their own. That even if they look like they're somebody that's talking against the conspiracy, they are actually controlled opposition and giving you information that keeps you in line with the conspiracy's agenda. Yes, Mark. Yes, Ben, you're absolutely right.

Ron Paul, a couple of things. One thing, they were told to ignore him. But if you say anything, a journalist said this, we got a memo, whatever it was. If you say anything about him, be sure to say that he's quirky. In other words, he's not a serious candidate. So you have to have a quirky article about him. So I saw the LA Times, they had one talking about his tennis shoes. He had back issues, so he walked around with tennis shoes. And they went on and on about that instead of his policies. And I think it's important to sharp contrast how they treated Ron Paul versus... President Trump in 2016, Trump was getting a huge amount of attention. You know, Barlin Bailey, they said something like two and a half, three billion dollars worth of media that, you know, nobody like Ron Paul would have ever didn't receive.

Yep. Good example. Thank you, Mark. So we look at, so we ask ourselves, is this principle, is this organization, is this individual, is it friendly with the world and the worldly? Do they accept them and are they accepted by them? Are they under physical attack by the government or the conspiracy? Does a large portion of the population support them? Okay, ask ourselves all of these questions. Those that claim to be followers are rejected. So there's this idea out there that if this TV show, this movie, this individual is out there talking about Jesus, then it must be good. It must be promoting the Savior. It must be better than nothing. But the Savior actually says something very clearly about these things. In Luke chapter 13, we read, When once the master of the house is risen up and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us, and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not, whence ye are.

Then they shall begin to say, we have eaten and drunken in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets. But ye shall say, I tell you, I know you not. Whence ye are, depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. So these individuals, right, that the Lord is rejecting and turning away from, they listened to him. They brought him to speak amongst them. They talked about him. They, you know, they socialized with him. And not only that, but they are going to knock, they're going to his door. So they're claiming to be somebody that's seeking after them. That isn't just, you know, ignoring him or moving on, but they are people that are actually looking like and they are acting like they are wanting to seek after him. But he's saying, no, these individuals, he does not know them. They are false teachers. They are false leaders.

And they are not to be. accepted just because they say these things okay so that the sheep's clothing right so just because they say the right things just because they appear to do the right things just because they claim to want to be in his presence doesn't mean they are who they say they are and doesn't mean he will know them now these are hard things maybe for us to grasp but i think we've laid out pretty clearly that these things are principles that are taught in the scriptures So we look, right, this is not so obvious of the false opposition. And so they want to look like us and they want to talk like us. So we don't look for the guy on the left. These are the people that are the false opposition. They are clean cut. They are talking about social issues. They are mentioning words like the Constitution.

They are mentioning words like limited government and against taxes and things like that. But as you dig deeper into them, they are popular. They are talked about. They are mentioned. They have large followings. They are following all of the signs that we read in the scriptures of false opposition, of claiming to be following correct principles. But when it comes to very important junctures of solutions, That's where they go and they put you in the opposite direction and away from the actual solution and into what are acceptable solutions. Solutions that the conspiracy is not afraid of them mentioning. That's why they're allowed on major networks with millions and millions of viewers. So we learn about this principle, Taylor Caldwell, in her book, The Pillar of Iron. lays out this principle as well.

And she says, A nation can survive its fools and even the ambitious, but it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. Right? The obviously open wolf is less dangerous because he's out there saying, I'm a wolf. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely. His sly whispers rustling through all the alleys. He looks like you, he talks like you, saying all the right things, appearing to do the right things, but he is a traitor. And of course, Vladimir Lenin pointed out this principle when he said the best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves.

And so the conspiracy will identify people that they can place in positions of authority positions of power positions of influence that will say the things that their opposition wants to hear but they are controlled by them these people that are looking like they're opposing uh the internationalist the conspiracy are actually put there by the conspiracy allowed to be there by the conspiracy promoted by the conspiracy okay so does the show Does the movie, does the politician, does the organization, does the individual, are they... you know did you see 50 60 70 000 people showing up to watch and learn about that individual do you see um television stations airing a program do you see you know people of influence um promoting that individual promoting that cause do you see statues being put up to honor them by the world um you know just pick our favorite sacred cow and ask ourselves does it fit in this criteria is it aired for free on amazon is it promoted by you know nfl is is it does the do politicians or you know or major institutions put up a statue to that person and ask ourselves so that way we can start to identify and say oh wow my sacred count that's it fits that criteria i better look uh closer and look more into it and find out if that person is actually who they are being claimed to be are they the character that they are portrayed as as you know i've gone into my other um and my other previous um false opposition uh presentations showing uh people like ronald reagan wasn't the care wasn't who the character was portrayed as right it wasn't who he was being promoted as in the media glenn beck not who was being promoted as in the media Just over and over again, Abraham Lincoln, not who he's promoted as in the media.

And so are these individuals or these shows or these groups people that the world and the worldly are okay with promoting? Also, we need to look at avoiding superficial understandings. The prophet Joseph said, some will say, try the spirits by the word. Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God. And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God. So some will use that scripture, just me commentary right now, and say, oh, that person said Jesus. That person said Jesus is Lord. Therefore, they are good, right? Everybody that confesseth not, everybody that confesseth that Jesus is come in the flesh is something that is of God. But he goes on. We know that that's not the case because of the other examples we showed from the Savior.

But Joseph elucidates more. He says, one of the Irvingites once quoted this passage whilst under the influence of the Spirit and then said, I confess that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. So anybody that's superficially looking at 1 John 4 is going to say, well, that Irvingite must be telling the truth, must be a good person. And yet these prophecies failed. Their Messiah did not come. And the great things spoken of by them had fallen to the ground. What is the matter here? Did not the apostle speak the truth? Certainly he did. But he spoke to a people who were under the penalty of death the moment they embraced Christianity. Okay, so that's the different context. So in John, if you confess Christ, you are going to be killed. Okay. And no one without a knowledge of the fact would confess it and expose themselves to death.

And this was consequently given as a criterion to the church or churches to which John wrote. So today, to just mention Christ, to say you follow Christ, to say you're a Christian, is not something that will put you to death. In fact, it makes you look like you're pious, makes you look like you're one of the good guys. And so we have to ask ourselves, what truth will bring us such punishments as were given and meted out to the Christians?

when john spoke those things or the lord spoke those things in john and we can follow that principle of what was the consequence and so we can see that somebody that just says lord lord is not going to be somebody that's accepted by the lord okay so if we don't recognize such figures now we won't recognize the most famous villain of all right so these other things like your radio talk show host your tv talking heads your politicians you might think well it doesn't matter you know they're not really doing anything you know it doesn't matter if i you know send them a check or if i vote for them or if i listen to their radio program but really these that this is the proving ground this is the training wheels for us to recognize the things that are going to be even harder to be able to decipher the father and the author of lies Right?

Because Satan does not look like this. He's more like this character on TV called Lucifer. He's going to, you know, be attractive and he's going to say attractive things. He's going to say things that appeal to us. And he might even confess that Jesus is the Christ as we read in the scriptures. Look at Matthew. Again, we read, many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils, and in thy name done many wonderful works. And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you. Depart from me, ye that work iniquity. So these iniquitous people are saying that they prophesied, that they cast out devils, and that they did miracles even. And that is something that the Antichrist, these are things that the Antichrist will do. So if we don't recognize average people when they say, Lord, Lord, When they prophesy falsely, when they prophesy in his name, when they cast out devils in his name, when they create miracles in his name, but they are actually frauds, they are actually wolves in sheep's clothing, how will we be able to recognize the Antichrist when he arrives on the scene?

In Galatians we read, there be some that trouble you and would pervert the gospel of Christ, but though we are an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you. Let him be accursed. So this goes back to what I talked about in the very beginning of my people perish for lack of knowledge. If we don't know the gospel, how will we know when another gospel is preached? So studying, deeply studying, understanding these things so that when a perversion of them comes up, that looks like it's a counterfeit, right? A counterfeit dollar bill is not, well, if it's monopoly money, you will know that counterfeit very easily. But a well-done counterfeit will be hard to tell. But if you know the dollar bill, it doesn't matter what the counterfeit is, you will be able to identify it.

And the same thing with teachings and organizations and leaders. The more we know correct principles, the harder it will be for the adversary and his servants to deceive us. And so when we are practicing and we are strengthening those muscles on these people that I've... about earlier, when we get to the master of lies, the master of deception, we will have those muscles built up and we will not be fooled by him. And then in Mark, we read, And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit, saying, Let us alone. What have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? Art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God. So these demons, these unclean spirits, not only knew and said, yes, that's Christ, right? They knew who Christ was, but they said out loud, I know you.

I know you are the Holy One of God. And so just because someone says those things does not mean that they are not false opposition, does not mean that they are not out there to disagree. but because we see that demons will do that very same thing. So we need to practice our understanding on wolves in sheep's clothing, in government, entertainment, information gathering, learning, etc. We need to work and practice in building those muscles. And that will help us be better prepared for the ultimate test of recognizing the Antichrist and all servants of the adversary. Because if we can't recognize his lower level servants, How will we recognize the master of deception?

That might seem very sobering and might seem a little bit overwhelming, but it's a fact. If we can't discern on the lower level, it is going to be impossible for us to discern on the higher level. And so let's build those muscles now. Let's strengthen those things, practice and build our understanding, not be sucked into these emotional arguments that get us to be sucked in to these popular characters that are sent to deceive us and sent to ensure that we are not focused on the correct solution, but that we are driven to a path that will continue to strengthen and embolden the conspiracy and will turn us away from building up the political kingdom of God. So some comments in there. I just read those. So I hope this was helpful to you. We've got just a few minutes. Does anybody have any concise, quick comments? They'd like their questions, especially questions, focus on questions, until we get to open forum that they'd like to bring up right now. Yeah, Ben, I have a question or a statement real quick. Yeah. You mentioned something. I think you and I have talked about this before, but when I had heard about the counterfeit, and I think I had mentioned this before, but what is interesting about those that are into... detect counterfeit bills, for example. Those people do not study all of the fakes. They spend their life becoming intimately familiar with the real thing, and therefore they can detect what is fake because they understand all of the truth, all of the intricacies of the thing that is real. I think there is a lesson in there about us finding out in becoming intimately familiar with the gospel and truths of liberty and things like that. So it becomes much more easy to detect when things don't line up with that which we know. Yep, 100%. I appreciate that. Absolutely.

That's why we have to make knowledge and gaining knowledge a priority. Mark, you had your hand up real quick. Yeah, I think it's really important what you're saying. This is a great talk. We've got to share this because it's so timely. But we're talking about the principles. So it includes not only political principles, but God's law. It includes the law, the Constitution. And it doesn't help. So we have to start there. If you don't understand that, you don't understand what liberty is or tyranny, we can't move on to the next step. But the next step is vetting these politicians. I hear all the time people talk about the politicians, media pundits, people like Kirk. They talk about them and they don't know what they had done. They don't know their policies. They don't know what they signed into law. They don't even know what they say, except for a lot of the things that fool them. So I think it's so important that once you understand the principles and the law, then adequately look into their past. Thank you.

We've had people in our organization who are clean cut, say just the right things and stuff. But we've had people in our organization who, by the Spirit of the Lord, knew that they were deceivers and they're in there to destroy our party. Even some of the leaders could not figure that out, but the spirit reveals it. And then all of a sudden that deceiver started to talk more or less against religion and everything. In other words, what I'm getting at is you've got to be aware of these signs. And yeah, clean cut, but they will come out when they start to go against either the scriptures or our savior or something like that. Thank you, Reed.

Ben, a quick response to what he just said. It's absolutely true. And there are rules of she clothes. You say a lot of right things, but almost all rules of she clothes, if you understand the principles well, then you can see it in their words as well, not just in their actions. And like what Dan was saying, where if you're understanding not just the negative, but the positive, you understand the actual correct truth, the better you understand that, the easier the counterfeit will be able to be detected. One of their tactics is faint criticism and faint praise. So they pretend they're oppositional when they're really not. Okay, it's 10 o'clock. Let's go ahead and wrap it up.
