I want to go to solutions in a minute. Do you have a few more minutes? Absolutely. Okay. Let's touch on Lincoln because Lincoln is another sacred cow. And, you know, same thing with Reagan. And I've seen this with Martin Luther King, and I started going down that rabbit hole as well. I love you had Chad Jackson on talking about MLK. That's great. Yeah, yeah, definitely, man. He's like one of the premier people, scholars, I would say on that. So as far as Lincoln, okay, in school, we're taught Abraham Lincoln freed the slaves.
He was, you know, just a great noble man, honest Abe. I have a friend that loves I have a few friends that love Abraham Lincoln. And I remember when I was younger, they showed me this book by Oz Guinness called Character Counts by Abraham about Abraham Lincoln. Yeah, your videos on Abraham Lincoln have shown a new light. But I do I have been hearing these things for a while. Anyway, I'll start off with this. You talk about the organizations that helped Abraham Lincoln come into power. What were some of those organizations and why were they dangerous? Oh, the names of things are always my short. I need to reference my materials, but one of them was the Pinkertons. But there were several different organizations. I highly encourage anybody to get with this aspect of it.
The book to the victors go the myths and monuments by Art Thompson, published by the John Birch Society. He goes through all of this material. And so I'm not even going to claim to be an original researcher. Well, I didn't go in and do this on myself. Right. I am standing on the shoulders of giants that have come before to be able to accumulate this and to put it in one place. And so chartists, as well as the Pinkertons and organizations that were directly linked to the Bulvarian Illuminati and the Jacobins and their anti God, anti freedom agenda. They spawned different tentacles of this conspiracy and they and they were the ones that financially backed and brought Lincoln up to be the very first Republican president. And they were the ones behind the formation of the Republican Party. You know, we had the Whigs and the Democrats at first. And people always say, you know, it was it was you know, they were all formed to get rid of slavery. And that's just not the truth. Another guy that I encourage people to read or to watch his videos is Thomas de Lorenzo in his book, The Real Lincoln. And he goes through and documents how those things just aren't true.
They're there. The Republicans and Lincoln's goal were to centralize power. Their job was to overturn the formation of government that the founding fathers established of a confederation of sovereign republics and turn it into one nation. And so that's that's really what we you saw all these things about where Lincoln actually says that, you know, you can the South can keep slaves as long as they recognize his ultimate authority as the leader of this one nation. And that's when you get to all of these actual the the foundation of the real arguments of why they were working to separate from the union was because they were the Republicans and Lincoln were about changing the original contract, saying that, you know, the states were the creators and that the feds were subservient to putting that completely on its head, where the federal government was the master of the states and the states had to do whatever the federal government said. And that's what we talk about solutions like nullification. That's what the founding fathers said. And that's what but that and that is what led started, you know, led up to the war between the states that Lincoln led was about saying, no, you have no right to do so. You know, if you find me to be a bad husband, we entered a contract. You're stuck with this marriage forever and there's nothing you can do about it. And that's what they the the real agenda was all about was was this Marxist conglomeration of power, a stepping stone, a stepping stone towards world government. If you could merge the sovereign independent states called the USA into one nation, then you could start building that stepping stone towards a regional government with the North American Union to and the European Union and then slowly merge all those together under the United Nations.
Wow, that's that's remarkable. And I'm not I'm putting the pieces together. So what do you say to those that say Ben? OK, Abraham Lincoln, he freed the slaves. You said that. Well, I think there is there is a quote where he says that I would have if I could have I would have preserved the union regardless if even if the slaves weren't free. I'm butchering that quote. That's the gist of it is if I could do it with freeing the slaves, then I would do it with freeing the slaves. If I could do it without freeing the slaves, I wouldn't free the slaves. OK, so no one didn't care about the slaves. It was an it was an afterthought in his effort to preserve to preserve, to force a new union, to create a new union that didn't exist before. OK. And so, you know, the idea of the freeing of the slaves, the slaves that still existed in the northern states were not freed under the Emancipation Proclamation. So that's just a not true. It was only a certain portion. It was a punitive move against the the secessionist states. And you look at the the 14th Amendment and basically it didn't free slaves. It created it made everyone basically federal slaves or slaves under the new government. And so it put us did it put us all more on on the same field for but it put us as slaves to a federal master as opposed to all of us being freemen under this independent. Collaboration of sovereign republics was was slavery. Did it still exist in the north after the emancipation? For a little while, yes.
OK, and his attitudes, his attitude towards blacks, did it change at all after the emancipation? He always from the day he died, hated blacks. OK, because I've read quotes about him. I think he was he supported the back to Africa movement. Correct to Liberia. OK, and so I and I don't know how much of that is, you know, I mean, was feasible. But, yes, it was a movement where they wanted to work on either selling federal land to buy up slaves and then have them move back to Africa. Right. But I was somebody so he did not want them in the United States. He wasn't about making sure that they were on the same level and, you know, working together with everyone else. He did not like them. He did not want them integrating with society. He wanted to send them back to Africa. OK, so the Civil War was about just restructuring the the government restructuring. Correct. America and making a conglomeration of state. A new central new one government as opposed to a confederation of sovereign republics, giving a creation that they made certain powers and then saying and so that was delegated, limited. And then now Lincoln creates this new thing where whatever they say, go there, the top dog. They tell the state instead of the states telling the feds what to do. OK. And then even the term itself, civil war, is a part of the propaganda because the definition of a civil war is two governments.
But are two two factions fighting for control of the same government. That's a civil war. Right. Calling the American the war between the states, a civil war is like calling the war for independence, a civil war. We you know, the American colonists were not fighting for control of the British government. And the same thing in the war between the states. The southern states were not fighting for control of the central government. They said, you guys do your thing. Bye bye. We're going to go do our thing. Live your happy life. We want nothing to do with you anymore. And so it's a propaganda to it's to say that it's civil war, making people in their mind believe that the South wanted to take over the United States when that's could nothing could be further from the truth. What do you say to those that say, well, if Lincoln didn't free the slaves, then, you know, the South would have kept slavery in existence. And so, you know, why should the states or the South been allowed or why should the South have been left alone? Right. So there are there's the common response to that is, well, you know, every other nation that got rid of slavery did it without a war. And so there was and there was movements within the United States to make that happen. And I would say, in fact, the Constitution itself was a road towards getting rid of slavery, where they the the original Constitution prohibited the importation of slaves past a certain date. And so they you know, the people of the United and the South had to agree to that. And so even the southern states were working on a way to change their economy where they weren't dependent upon slavery anymore. And so I believe that it would have we have no it's like saying, you know, you can't prove a negative right prove that I can't prove that it would have gone away. But the evidence shows that everyone north and south was working to get rid of it. They were working to change their economies. They were working to adapt to a new way of doing things that everybody had been used to for hundreds, I would say thousands of years.
And it's not just African slavery. They had, you know, Irish slaves, they had people there. Every society has had has been enslaved. And even the United States, there have been white societies that were discriminated against that were prevented from being a part of main society that were in fact indentured and enslaved. Right. And so they with black slavery specifically, I believe it would have gotten they would have gone away on its own within a generation or two. Right. Okay. You talk about the unconstitutional acts by Lincoln as well. Some of these things I've read about briefly in the Real Lincoln book, where it's mentioned that Lincoln arrested journalists, and he went he ordered troops to go into certain areas and territories and violated people's rights. Can you talk a little bit about the unconstitutional acts that he carried out? Yeah. First Amendment guarantees freedom of the press. You get the government can't prosecute you for saying things it doesn't like, you know, as long as you're not. What's the word I'm thinking of as long as you're not defaming an individual claiming that they were a child molester when they weren't right. You can't lie about somebody. You can't give liable that kind of a thing. But free speech against the government, you say, I don't like what the government does. And you have the absolute 100% right to do that. And journalists that were saying that they were against the war, they were reporting on war crimes by the Union troops. They were reporting on the rape and burning of women and children. And so Lincoln, as the ultimate, you know, as opposed to actually having if they're gonna commit a crime, you would have your local magistrate take care of this. Whereas this new position as ultimate authority in the United States, he actually put that out there and made have these individuals arrested for reporting on the unconstitutionality of the war on and on the crimes of the Union Army and of the just of the northern government. And so he would put them in jail and find them and have their newspapers destroyed. And what was really a person that was anti first amendment, he would also do the same thing.
A member of the Supreme Court ruled in a way that he didn't like. And so he threatened to put him in jail. And so threatening and putting people in prison to silence them was the modus operandi of Lincoln. So so he was he was sending troops into different areas to basically take away people's rights. I think you mentioned like when certain people went to jail, there were guards that were being bribed or being paid off. For certain individuals to get out and like that was allowed to happen or something like that. Yeah, I don't remember that specifically. I'll check my notes. Maybe, maybe, maybe I'm off. I'm off with that. So I mean, I wouldn't surprise me, but I don't remember that specifically. Right. But you said he violated habeas corpus. Oh, yeah, absolutely. Yeah. The the the the right of every American to have, you know, to have due process. If it was for a crime against the union, he would say, right, if you didn't support that, then you the due process and the ability to have a judge say, are these charges legitimate or not were completely revoked. And so if they accused you of a crime, you were automatically assumed guilty. And it was going to go through that process of keeping you in jail as opposed to saying, you know what, there's nothing to these charges. We're going to release him right now. Okay. As far as and I read about this a little bit briefly in Art Thompson's book, but him and his wife were into spiritualism and doing performing seances. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. In the White House, they would have seances, they would have table tapping, they would do a cult rituals. And it got to such a point there. Even after Lincoln's death, Mary Todd was so engaged in it that even one of her kids had to have her institutionalized to stop her from spending away the family fortune, basically, in having constant. You know, soothsayers coming into their home to speak to the dead and to do a cult rituals. And this was going on in the White House?
In the White House and after. Yes. Oh, my gosh. Do you think that he turned away from doing these things after like towards his death, the latter part of his life, did he repent of that change? I see no evidence of it. Okay. Because some people, you know, I've gotten into conversations where some people say that, well, Lincoln might have felt this way about blacks or Lincoln might have done this. But towards the latter part of his life, he he turned to Jesus Christ. I mean, what do you say to people that present these letters? Aren't there letters of Lincoln writing about his faith in Jesus? Sure. And they would use that as you know, he's got a great quote, just like Lincoln does. Right. I mean, not Lincoln, but Reagan. They have great quotes. They say fantastic things that I agree with 100 percent. But their actions don't back that up. Right. There's this one quote by Lincoln where he says, you know, we we don't we shouldn't be worried about having God on our side. We need to worry about being on God's side. I agree with that 100 percent. He that wasn't the case with him, though. His actions did not show that he his actions up until his death.
We're showing that he was a part of the Illuminati branch that was controlling. They had their club within the Republican Party called the Radical Republicans. And that was he served them up until his death from what all of the evidence of his actions. Right. His words. He's got some great talks. He's got some great things where he claims faith in the Lord. But he continued up until his death and having these seances and rituals within the White House and continue to work. You know, he died, you know, before reconstruction was finished. And so is there any evidence that he wasn't going to ship off Africans or blacks to Africa? There's no evidence that he changes mind on that. And there was no time for him to prove one way or the other on that. But his actions up until his death show that he was consistent with his previous life, whether his letters and his speeches be different. But his actions were consistent. And lastly, on Lincoln, you also mentioned that Lincoln was a he was possibly a homosexual.
There's a lot of evidence to that. Even mainstream historians are starting to accept that he wrote to his. His friend, Stede, letters that he'd never loved a woman as much as he loved him. He was never was even so. So he's talking about his wife. Right. He didn't love anybody else like he loved his wife. His wife, like he loves Steve. He they lived together even when he was rich enough to and they shared a bed together up and past the time he was a lawyer and was making enough money to have his own place. He wrote letters to him talking about how he had never been happy when he was away from Stede. And so, you know, so he was never happy with his wife. It was always when he was around with this man that every major story and believe that he had. And you have especially now where you have the sodomite supremacist are trying to say that all of these respected people in the past, they were. And so we need to be as well. And so it's that it's this idea that it's superior.
And so you have a lot of these people say, you know, coming out with these with with the facts behind his relationship to prove that the great all the great people were sodomites. And so should we be. Do you think that I was going to ask you as far as that goes? So, again, going back to his his past and the things he engaged in, is there any sign or evidence that he repented of that lifestyle as well? No, because after his alleged you can't sue me for his dad, so but is what I believe to be his boyfriend. He got married and so they're both married, but they're still writing love letters to each other and how does, you know, even though you're married, I know you're not as happy as you were with me and letters along those same lines. As long as you know, in writing those letters up until, you know, past the presidency. OK, this is so crazy. Man, America. Wow. Where can you read about? I do have the Art Thompson book to the Victor Go, the myths and the monuments. But where can you read more history about that? So I would read that one. I would read any of all of Thomas de Lorenzo's books on it. OK, that's that's where I would begin my my search and then got to go from there. OK, last few questions and then we can wrap up. So you we talked about skull and bones earlier and I remember reading about skull and bones years ago.
I think I was in college and found out that the Bushes were in were involved with skull and bones. And I got Anthony Sutton's book, but I haven't gone through too much of it. So skull and bones was was started in the was it the 1930s? I'm 18 actually going back to the 1800s. OK. And the roots of skull and bones are they tie into the Bavarian Illuminati or is that completely? Absolutely. Yeah. OK. So you have the founders of you have me bring bring out my book to refresh my names on the individuals involved. But you have these two individuals tapped who was related to who became later a president of the United States. And then you have William and then you have Russell. And then so you have these two individuals and that form this organization at Yale. And Alfonso Taft was and then we have. Was the. And William Huntington Russell. And so they formed that in 1832 as Chapter 322 of a German secret society that when it was it was Russell that went to Germany and attended school there. And when he came back, he basically brought the chapter of this same organization to America called and he called it Skull and Bones. And they have their key number, 322, which goes back to their worship of these gods from ancient Rome and into the occult.
And so going back to the 1830s as a secret society where and it was about recruiting people for the future. It wasn't just about a bunch of guys being stupid in college. It was about the future. So you you would be initiated into these rights during college as a young man. And so then they got you established into this order. And so that once you graduate, then whatever you went on to being a judge, being a politician, being a head of a university, that then you could ensure that you used your influence to implement their New World Order agenda in the institution that you were placed in. And so that's really what it was about. And they meet every year, even after they graduate on Deer Island. OK, what are some of the initiation acts that they perform to be accepted in the society? So we'll lie naked in a coffin. They are required to lay naked in a coffin with another man. So what they do now, since they've allowed women, I don't know. But so prior is very much just like Bohemian Grove, very, very much sodomite elements are mixed into this where you're you masturbate in the coffin with another man telling the other man their deepest desires and the sins of your past deviant behaviors and things along those lines. And one thing I discovered about the Skull and Bones that Anthony Sutton, Anthony Sutton, his book says there was only one chapter, but I actually found a second chapter.
And that second chapter of Skull and Bones is at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. And there was a report in their school newspaper about one of their initiates that were driven insane by the initiation where they were causing havoc in the city. And so the head of the university called the Provo Police Department just south of Salt Lake and told the police department that the university would cover any damages caused by this individual. And then he was bailed out of jail by another member of Skull and Bones. And so you have these initiations are so harrowing and so disturbing that the initiates have gone temporarily insane. Do you think that George, I mean, Poppy Bush, I'm going to say Poppy Bush and Bush Jr., do you think that they did some of these things? I have no reason to believe that they didn't. I mean, that's what we have all the documents that Sutton came out with and that were leaked to him about Skull and Bones. This is a part of this is how you get in. This is this is how they ensure the longevity of the organization. And the is that they go through these. And that's what you know, what organizations understand is that you don't have dedication without sacrifice. And so as a part of the initiation to be able to ensure that after the day they join, they don't like just be like, oh, that was interesting. They understand that this is serious and that they're actually become religiously dedicated to it and continue that on the rest of their lives. It just it never ceases to amaze me as much as you know, as long as I keep learning about this information, it never ceases to amaze me to see how the world works and just picturing these high profile individuals doing doing some of the darkest things.
What you would assume that they were all involved in. Like, I don't know if you've seen this this interview with Barbara and George Bush, where they're talking about how one of their her kids that had died in birth that basically without being crude, had the baby pickled into a jar and that she kept that jar for four years and still has it. Well, up until her death. And so these people are they're not what we think of as the elite. They're not they're not people that are just fancier and have more money and and just do things that are higher quality than the average Joe. These guys are a cultists and they are into the most vile, wicked behavior you can imagine. And they are placed as our rulers. We're supposed to obey them. We're supposed to beg them for permission to own a business and to operate that business. We're supposed to let them teach our children and develop the curriculum. If we understood who these people were, we would stop obeying them and we would start doing what the founding fathers said to be done, beginning with nullification. Right. As far as the Iran war, Iran and Israel war, what do you say to Christians and believers in scripture regarding the support of Israel? Because a lot of people, they use New Testament scriptures, Romans, all kinds of scriptures as far as why they should stand with Israel and support Israel. Yeah. What do you say to that to Christians or to Americans regarding supporting Israel? Yeah. So the first thing I start off with is the law and the Constitution, Article 1, Section 8 says that Congress, Congress alone is the only authority, has the only, the only body in the United States that has the authority to declare war. Nobody else has it. So if anybody else claims that authority, they are violating the law. They're violating their oath and they are no longer a legitimate ruler.
So whether, you know, we believe in if, taking aside the theological aspect of it, just the American aspect of it, anybody that goes to war without congressional permission is an usurper. They're violating their oath of office and they are no longer legitimate. Then you go into the theological aspect and I might have a less popular view, but I believe that Israel is those that have kept and are keeping covenants and that when, and Israel is not just one tribe. You know, I mean, Judah is one tribe of Israel. It's not all of them. And so if you support Israel, you should support all of the tribes. And, but being of Israel, I believe is you have, you know, you have entered into the new covenant with Christ. That is Israel today, not a people that rejected him and that led to his death, but the people that follow his teachings and that have entered into the covenant to be his. That's what I believe is true Israel. Okay, and what's your, what are your opinions about the current war that we have now? That it's ill, that it's completely illegal. The president has no authority to, to declare war unilaterally and that it is something that should end.
I mean, I don't believe that it's a legitimate war, even if Congress declared it. It's one of those, it's a push towards, they are, they have, they have identified as the enemy, any nation that has not adopted the central banking system. And so when you look at Iran and the other countries that they're looking at next to go after, you know, they are the ones that are not part of the Federal Reserve network worldwide. And so they are work, it's, it's, it's a push towards unification of the world, towards building the new order, which is exactly what George Bush senior said when we invaded Iraq. And as you know, people were making similar religious inferences during the first Iraq war. They're making similar religious inferences during Bush juniors, Iraq and Middle Eastern wars. And that's the always the conspiracy always does that to be able to get Christians to turn off their brains and say, well, I have to support it because X, Y, Z, as opposed to recognizing what the real agenda is. And that's building the new world order, as George Herbert Walker Bush said. Gotcha. Last, last question. Yeah. As far as Trump, when he first got elected, I thought I looked at him and I said, OK, this guy might be he was he was touted as being an outsider.
And I said, OK, maybe this guy. Yeah, maybe this guy's an outsider. He has his own money. He's a billionaire, you know, started from from the ground up, didn't have any association. Donates all of his money to charity, right. All of his income from being president. Right. He didn't have any associations that I saw at the time with globalist organizations. I think there was an email that Colin Powell had put out or that got leaked that he wasn't invited to the Bohemian Grove. And so I thought he was an outsider and he was saying some, you know, some constitutionalist things or, you know, principles that were sounded constitutionalist. And so now he gets an office. It's it's a little bit different now. So. I'm trying I'm trying to find who I'm trying to find out, who is he, what is his history, and I'm finding little pieces here and there, but in your opinion, who who is he? And does he have any association with these occultic organizations? And is he in league with the globalists in the deep state? And and how so? Yeah, absolutely. So short answer is absolutely. He is and he has been the entire time and before he became president, as I mentioned earlier, when he ran the first time, he said that the president of the CFR, Richard Haass, was his chief foreign policy advisor.
And and then he continually filled his first cabinet as as his current cabinet with CFR members, with trilateralists, with Skull and Bones members, with members of the Bohemian Club. And he in his first term, he expanded NAFTA, moving us forward toward this regional government called the North American Union with the USMCA. So that was expanding it. That wasn't getting rid of globalism or that wasn't restoring American sovereignty. That was a major step from destroying national sovereignty and moving us towards global government when he was in favor of the bump stock ban. And he, in fact, openly said that we should take the guns first, due process later. So he was very much in favor. This is in his first administration, very much in favor of gun grabs without even due process. Not even like it was it's just mind boggling. And so I think because of the character that is played, that we we either don't know or we make excuses for those types of behaviors. I think, you know, with the with schools today, especially, they get rid of the old fables and so that we don't learn these lessons. And I think that the lesson that they taught with Br'er Rabbit and Br'er Bear and Br'er Fox is essential for us because I don't know if you've heard the story. But basically it's this Aesop's fables where they go in and you have this rabbit and he's caught by a by a by a bear and a fox and they're going to kill him and they're going to make a stew out of them.
And he says, great, that's awesome. Make a stew out of me. Just whatever you do, don't throw me in that briar patch. And and he does that several, you know, I'm going to do this to you. Great. Please do that to me. Torture me. You know, skin me alive, whatever. Just don't throw me in that briar patch. And so Br'er Bear's is like, well, my or Br'er Fox are like, well, he doesn't want that. So that must be the thing that we should do to him. And so they throw him in the briar patch and that's his home. That's where he grew up. That's it was it was basically freeing him. And so we see the same thing today where you have all of the right people being critical of Trump. And so that way you think that this guy hates Trump. Therefore, Trump must be a bad guy. I mean, a good guy. Sorry. It's the same thing as Br'er Rabbit. It's it's that same tactic over and over again. The the correct person criticizes him. And it's the it's the people that he's friends with. The Clintons, best friends with long best. They were fantastic friends. So did we try to all the time in not just in professional, but in their private life.
And the same thing happened with Bush and Clinton. Bush and Clinton looked like they were enemies during the election. But then afterwards, they talked about how they'd been lifelong friends. And so you had these characters that are put out there to the public to make you think that they're enemies. Whereas behind the scenes and after the fact, they their friendship is made public and made known. And all of a sudden we realize we were duped and we just go on to the next character that is produced for us to to cheer for thinking that it's not an anti-establishment character. A great documentary I recommend is called Hopium that was put out there by Stephen Corbett. The Corbett report, encourage anybody to watch that, which goes into great detail on that principle. Oh, James Corbett. Yeah, James. Yeah. OK. Yeah. Yeah. Recently, Trump just said something like he said, I like Clinton. He was in an interview. He was like, I like Clinton. They were asking about the Epstein files. And he said, it's a shame. And, you know, I like Clinton. And then he said he was asked by another reporter regarding Clinton being deposed.
And he said, I hate to see it. I don't want to see him deposed. They did it to me, but I don't want to see him deposed. And meanwhile, his base is like, what, you know, what do you mean you don't want to see him deposed? You know, and he said he was going to lock Hillary up years ago. Where can people find your work and how can they get engaged and get involved with the fight towards rooting out all this wickedness? Yeah. Go to Tree of Liberty Society dot com. So that way you make sure to get those when they're new. And then if you like what we do, if you so if you say this is something that I want to grow, that I want to make sure that doesn't die. Then I encourage you to either donate or become a member and become an active participant. There's a join tab and just give you real quick one example. So I did a series of reports on satanic ritual abuse and how the all three branches of government were protecting it. And within a month, I have a no knock warrant on my home with a SWAT team comes with their no knock warrant, hoping to be able to barge into my house without any notification and maybe knock me off because I start to defend my family because I don't know who's in there. And then Providence steps in and I saw them coming and was able to defuse the situation. But the the warrant was illegal. The no knock warrant was illegal. I had it reviewed by an independent lawyer and he said that this was because they wanted to silence me and what I was saying. And so it is no association with me and looking at the evidence, that's what he said. And so we're over the target. We're having an impact and we're telling things to people that the establishment doesn't want you to hear. And so they want to silence me. They want to stop me. And so your support ensures that we can are able to continue doing what we do. So I encourage you to go to Tree of Liberty dot com to do that. I'm sorry, you just you dropped the bombshell. So when you started this organization, you were issued a no knock warrant from the police?
Correct. Wow. Does that still stand today? I mean, the the warrant, I mean, is they did the search. So, I mean, that's it's over when they've done the search. But those those types of harassments continue and if happen on a regular basis. So that's still going on. Correct. Okay. And what kind of recourse? I mean, do you have like what? I basically have to continue to shuffle around and see what I can do to remain as private as I can to keep them at bay. Wow. That's insane. Yeah. Man, now you got me wondering if I should put out the interview.
Well, that's the thing is they in another case, I don't mean to take up all of your time, but shows that it is the exposure that they fear most. They tried to kidnap my daughter, medical kidnapping. She was diagnosed with leukemia. And we looked into alternative treatments, not knowing it was illegal, saying that parents are not allowed to choose what treatment their children get for allegedly life threatening diseases. And so they sent a CPS officer to interview my daughter. They wanted to interview her without any without us present, just by himself. Never, you know, interview her. And we said, go to hell. And he never even saw her. And so about a week later, we get a letter from CPS saying that there is court proceedings in a private court because, you know, courts for minors are private. There's no public record of it. And we have to pay for our defense and our prosecution and that there's a court hearing. This is on a Wednesday. The court hearings on Monday where they're going to decide to steal our daughter or not. And that he claims, even though he never saw her, met her, talked to her, that he witnessed us starving her. And so we, instead of saying, oh, no, what do we do? We capitulate. We'll do whatever you say. What we did instead was we over the radio, over social media, on YouTube, every outlet we could get on, published his own private cell phone number, published the information for the CPS office and exposed them for what they were doing.
Showed the letter that they sent us, put it out there. And so that way they couldn't hide in the dark what they were doing. And within two days I get a letter reneging, saying that we have no evidence against you. All the charges have been dropped. And they just did not want the exposure anymore. And so these people are like cockroaches and they run and they hide when they know that you're not going to stop and when you continue to expose them. And so they want you to be afraid so that you don't expose them so that they can hide in the dark. And so it's essential that we don't capitulate and that we don't hide and that we blast these things to, you know, off the rooftops. And so I encourage you to be brave and continue doing what you're doing. Oh, my gosh. Wow. That is unbelievable. You have a story. Wow. Ladies and gentlemen, Ben McClintock, McClintock. Yep. With the Tree of Liberty Society. Ben, thank you for your time. I will definitely be praying for you and your family. Absolutely.
But I wish you the best and continue on your fight, man. And keep fighting for truth. Absolutely. And I'll plug this. Absolutely. And I hope that your organization continues to grow and get the truth out. Thank you. Absolutely. God bless. God bless. [MUSIC] To better understand the name and what we're about, it's important to go back to the founding generation and the symbol of the Liberty Tree. The Liberty Tree was far more than a patriotic symbol. It functioned as a physical rallying point for popular resistance, a kind of grassroots command center for what contemporaries openly called rebellion. Seen through today's standards, many of the ideas and actions associated with the Liberty Tree would be labeled extreme, radical or even insurrectionary. The Liberty Tree was most famously an elm tree in Boston beginning in 1765 during the resistance to the Stamp Act. It became the meeting place for the Sons of Liberty and a symbol of direct popular sovereignty.
The idea that the people themselves, not institutions, were the ultimate authority. Similar Liberty Trees appeared throughout the colonies, each serving as a local note of resistance. The Liberty Tree represented a shift from petitioning authority to defying it. Before 1765, colonists protested largely through legal petitions, pamphlets and appeals to Parliament. After the Liberty Tree, protest became public, coercive and sometimes violent. The people, not corrupted courts or legislatures, became the primary enforcer of political norms. The Liberty Tree symbolized the belief that laws violating natural rights were not binding, that obedience to unjust laws was morally wrong. This included refusal to comply with taxes, obstruction of courts, intimidation of judges and customs officials. Colonists used the Liberty Tree for public pledges to resist Parliament, for burning of British symbols, and ceremonial declarations of loyalty to liberty over law. The colonists were acting under natural law, the ancient English right of resistance, and the belief that government existed only to secure life, liberty and property.
And that once government violated those ends, it was considered not merely corrupt, but actually illegitimate. Now today, the Tree of Liberty Society believes that American support of the Founders' cause shouldn't be merely in terms of the results, but in the principles that brought those results about, and seek to read what the Founders read, and do what the Founders did, so that we can bring about what the Founders did. We reject libertinism though, or the false freedom of "do as thou wilt," but embrace the principles of liberty in the fashion of the Founders, in the spirit of liberty under God and His laws. As we build strength with your help, we will be in the same position of the Founders to throw off the chains of tyranny, and again have a biblically moral and free society. Now how do we do this? We do it through the printing and publishing and distribution of books, production of videos, pamphlets, exclusive member trainings, interviews, public outreach, public gatherings and presentations, and just so much more. So I want to ask you, will you show the courage of the Founding Fathers and join with us today?
Go to TreeofLibertySociety.com and click on the "Join" tab and become a member today. Or if you're not ready for that, make sure you sign up for our email or text alerts, which you can also do at TreeofLibertySociety.com. I hope you're one of those that are the moral few, the brave, those that are like the Founders, that are willing to stand up and become a member of the Tree of Liberty Society and join us in restoring lost liberty.
