The Constitution doesn't grant us our rights. In fact, when you look at the Bill of Rights, it's a list of "thou shalt nots." It's basically like the Ten Commandments, but for government. "Thou shalt not" write a lot, you know, government cannot write a law about freedom of speech, about, you know, you cannot infringe your right to religion. That doesn't mean that the government buys you a press. Right. It doesn't mean the government buys you a website. It doesn't mean the Second Amendment says government can't take away, you know, your right to defend yourself. That doesn't mean the government buys you a gun. They don't provide you with anything. It's simply saying government can't do this. And then the Tenth Amendment says, "And if we didn't give you the authority to do something?"
Just because we say you didn't say you couldn't do it, if we didn't say you could, you can't. And so we're totally reversed now where we think that if they were prevented from it, that's what they can't do. But anything else they can't. It's the exact opposite. We need to get back to understanding. Make America states again. Where we are, you know, we, the states are the creator of the government. We are, which means we're the master. And so we need to stop thinking of the federal beast as our master and start to reassert ourselves as the master and saying, "You're told, you, not only were you told, you know, not given permission to do this, you were specifically told you can't do this, and we're not going to allow it anymore."
